Happy with a point. Nice to see we got the equalizer rather than lost the lead. Happy to go into the international break in 3rd and further derail Arsenal's title prospects. To the game itself, thought Neto was fantastic. Was the best player on the pitch. I am not quite sure how Cucurella got MOTM if I am being honest. He made a very good tackle from Odegaard at the end of the game but he defo didn't have a fantastic game. He held his own I would say.

Maresca's subs frustrate me if I am being honest. Jackson was not working but decided to put Nkunku on for 3 mins. Just why??? Again, I said it before with the games against United and Liverpool, but I expected more from Palmer and he was just a bit underwhelming for me. Especially second half. He wasn't poor but didn't do anything great. If he is not hugely impacting the game, then take him off Maresca. I know my view is unpopular amongst the majority but for me he wasn't really getting into the game and if you aren't, then he shouldn't be exempt from coming off. Felix, we bought for a lot of money and I think in games where he can come off the bench, he would make a good impact sub. Why not bring him on??

Palmer is class but I still don't think he has that Hazard ability in him yet to make the same kind of difference in the so called 'big games' ,like today. That is not criticism of him as is a wonderful player, but top players also can have limitations. As mentioned before, Slot takes Salah off when he feels he is not playing 100% and he is by far their best player and it has worked for them. Hazard was just unique in that sense.

But Nkunku should have come on earlier and Felix should have got time to prove himself too.  Maresca comes out and says there time will come, but you aren't actually giving them the chance to get valuable minutes in the PL.

Anyway that being said, I am pleased with the performance and the result I will take, considering Arsenal pretty much had their best team out.

I will also add it was nice to see Havertz left with egg on his face after his 'ssshh' celebration. We defo had the last laugh today 😄

Should of and could of won that one.

Palmer better on the right, Sancho, Noni and Jackson better on the bench... we really have much better options.

Sancho is probably going to cost us CL footy, gives away at least one goal every match.

And Noni, ffs, how many f**king stupid attempts did it take him before he finally put a ball in the box and not Row Z ???

On the plus side Jackson must be close to suspension.

Seems like Maresca is too loyal to some of our players.

Probably been said already, but in the big games there are those couple of key moments that make or break the game for you.

For me Gustos header was the best chance either side made in the whole game.

Neto dancing with the defender, back and forth, until Gusto makes the perfect run, gets the perfect cross, is ahead of his man and he puts it over the empty net.

Then you have the other moment, Arsenals goal. A perfect offside line destroyed by one player (was it Colwill?), and Gusto not following his man but ball watching.

Regardless Rob Sanchez should never, ever be beaten by that shot. Near post, simple save, not good enough. No bozo moments but his shot stopping failed us.

Gift them a goal and miss an open one, you don't win many big matches with such glaringly bad mistakes.

Colwill was the worst player yesterday. Was giving away possession so many times and in really bad places.. And the goal, he was miles behind an otherwise perfect offside trap.

Madueke storming off should be punished with bench appearances. Neto on the right and nkunku/Felix/Sancho on the left.

Mudryk is basically zero defensively. Arsenal were killing us on that side after mudryk came in till saka went off.

Also, I feel Lavia should be a bit more brave and get in more of those long balls he used to do so beautifully earlier. We have 2 very fast wingers and those passes are the best way to fk up the opponent's defense.

I’m not as disappointed as some with a draw. We’ve gone toe to toe with a team that has challenged right at the top for the last two seasons and not been outshone. Arsenal finished the stronger after Lavia went off. Forfana probably had his best game for us, Caceido and Lavia look a good balanced midfield, Neto again looked like the player we hoped for when we bought him. Another four yellows, these are starting to stack up and will comeback to haunt us later in the season, disappointed especially in the Madueke one for f**king about with the ball. Thought Nkunku should have been on at 70 and possibly Felix for the ineffective Jackson and Palmer if we were to push on for a winner as we didn’t really look like scoring again after the equaliser. Overall we have to be happy with a third at this stage of the season, it’ll be tight to get into the top four at the end of the season, main thing is we are now challenging.

If the circumstances doesn't favor us I agree but arsenal is not in good form plus they had a midweek game before this.

I get it. People are frustrated that we keep drawing in our big games, but people need to remember we've been being thrashed by them for the last three seasons. Rome wasn't built in a day. There is a lot of progress.

We were 2-0 up last season. The game was done and dusted until Sanchez gave rice free goal.

Currently sit 3rd after 11 games. Not too shabby, however still not happy with our defensive and goalkeeping performance.

anyway I think it’s time madueke gets dropped, hasn’t done anything since the wolves game. I would rather have Neto on that side and have sancho left when available.

Plus I don't understand why Maresca wouldn't want options like Chukwuemeka and Guiu on the bench,

Are you trying to get Maresca sacked?

No need, he will do that himself imo.

Maresca is fine, the margin is thinner that I thought though. We are 3rd but we only have 3 poin lead over Brentford who is sitting at 11th.

Fine. Fine is not good enough to make us a top side again.

That is different conversation 😂😂

And not sure, It is about Maresca. We spent quite a bit of money to get

Sancho, Neto, KDH, Veiga, Jorgensen, Felix

In the summer.

Did any of them really move the needle?

Same people that recruited those players recruited Maresca.

Sancho has been decent, Neto has been great. Veiga, Jorgensen & Felix haven't been given much opportunity in the Premier League.

Neto has when fit.

There is a rumour circulating from outside Chelsea that Palmer does not shine against top opposition funnily enough I thought the same of Haaland last season.

Whatever we need more creative players than Palmer and Neto offers that though we also need more, what has happened to Madueke?

I saw a match earlier when an opposition player ishoulder bumped Madueke early and stopped his runs as he could not set himself for his initial dribble, Has this unsettled him?

Why did Havertz become a complete snake? Shushing fans in front of the Matthew Harding after his (offside) goal, next-level Courtois sh*t that!

I wish Reece, Kova or Azpi had scored that 21 goal now! Apparently, he'd be happier if Arsenal win the Champions League, good luck with that, f**kwit!

I only remember Havertz as scoring that goal. Love him for hit, but as demonstrated yesterday, hes completely useless glad we got nearly all our money back on the supposed generational talent. Glad he's at the Gunners where he will win F-all.

Happy with the point as we didnt loose to the north london red scum and took heart that the spuds are having a terrible season under Ange...

All across the board we looked toothless up the top end of the pitch yesterday except for Neto... Who worked his socks off. Thought Lavia and Caicedo looked improved as well.

Sanchez shouldnt be beaten on his near post with a right foot shot by a left-footed player. It happens and not really a goalie error that one. I think that its becoming criminal we keep getting done at the back post and our defence is drawn across to the ball. Its getting tiresome and Maresca needs to find an answer to it.

Can anyone that watched it on tv tell me how Kai got a cut head? I thought it was a head clash but I didn't see it and someone nearby to us said that a Chelsea fan threw something at him.

I have no recolleciton of what exatly happened but I doubt that was the case, otherwise it would've been all over the news the past day and the talking point of the game.

He picked up the head cut midweek. Subbed off for it. Either a head clash or heading the ball reopened the cut.

He got it from his previous game but the cut opened up, hasn't healed properly yet I guess.

Thought we did just enough. Gusto should've scored, but whatever, those things happen.

Madueke seems to still be staying in the first team based off that hat-trick because he has looked mostly miserable the past few games. He did swing in a real nice cross / pass to fofana though, will give him that.

Eventually, we need to get points against a top 4 side, although im pretty sure we can get CL spot even if we draw all games against other top 5-6 and then just win the easy matches.

Oh and f**k kai havertz.
