Yep. We have become a very mentally weak footballing team. It's on the players to change that, no amount of coaching can help them there.

Not that impressed really. Bored of celebrating draws like a win. Team lacks leadership and conviction.

Untill we start beating the teams around us we won’t climb the table. Once we equalized we offered nothing, and Arsenal showed they had another gear.

I guess in the past when going behind we’d struggle to come back, so you could argue improvement. But I expect a lot more.

Better than losing, though. Even if we draw all our games against the big teams and continue to beat the smaller teams, the top 4 will be guaranteed. Plus, this team is still a work in progress, so we will eventually get there to beat the big teams. They probably need a better keeper to start with since Sanchez has a role in each of these games.

Maybe some see this as progress, and the resultat in itself isn't too bad - but I have to admit I didn't like that performance at all

Maresca seems to be a reactionary manager rather than a proactive and inventive game changer. If I had score him so far it would be 6.5/10. Alright, good in a press conference, but nothing special.

That was utter dogsh*t.

Apart from Neto’s brilliant strike we haven’t really created any goalscoring chances, only half chances.

I feel really disappointed, Arsenal should have won the game.

Apart from a couple of players it was a really poor performance.

How Palmer stayed on I don't know. You have lads who put a shift in midweek who deserved game time.

It sends a message that you can play poorly, Palmer & Jackson in this case, yet get plenty of minutes.

Ok so we didn't lose but along with the Man Ure result I think that's a couple of duff performances tbh. Caicedo and Cucu were very good Neto's goal was special but nothing else stood out for me. Hey ho. Onwards and upwards default_ChElSea.gif.461540c4143ad4e91615d3985c2589f8.gif

I read we haven't featured a player over 28 this season so far, and to be fair only Martinelli is 30+ years old in this squad and he's a third keepeer. Experience players make a difference in these kind of games.

We will probably have to wait for a bit or one of the big teams need to have a day off.

Sanchez - Not good enough.

Cucurella - Lockdown, adore the bloke.

Colwill - If he wasn’t Cobham we’d all be a lot more honest about his performances.

Fofana - Best performance in a Chels shirt

Gusto - Quickly saw why he started over James, should’ve buried that header

Caiceido - Unbelievable again

Lavia - Hope that injury isn’t serious, caught in possession for the goal but such an upgrade in there. Has to stay fit for our seasons sake.

Neto - What a finish, should’ve ran White so much more

Palmer - Quiet again

Madueke - Time for a run out the team, selfish and always makes the wrong decision. Better defensively today than he was going forward.

Jackson - Over a billion spent and this braindead moron keeps getting game time. It’s beyond baffling at this point.

The worry is with Maresca and managing the entire squad.

How can the likes of Nkunku feel anything other than despondent when he’s not getting a proper look in.

Being positive we’re 3rd and not exactly lighting up the field.

Also my mate is an Ipswich fan and flew into Spurs today so I’ll take some joy from that.

That was a fair result. It's clear that Noni needs to be benched, with Neto playing right wing and Sancho (when fit) or Mudryk on the left.

I'm also tired of seeing Jackson doing nothing except loose the ball, or occasionally win a free kick. He's not a goal threat. The unwillingness to give Nkunku a run in the league is my main complaint of Maresca's reign so far. Otherwise I think he's doing a pretty solid job.

I get it. People are frustrated that we keep drawing in our big games, but people need to remember we've been being thrashed by them for the last three seasons. Rome wasn't built in a day. There is a lot of progress.

This frustrated as hell but I know these two teams are at different developmental stages and we need to accept that.
