They are getting the best draws in each competition. Byes in the Caraboo unil the semi final, byes to the CL semi final, every round in the fa cup easy. Favorable run in, in the league, bar City away, all easy games.

I mean to get Spurs followed by us after having a big wobble at lowly Wolves... I mean if they could play just the two of us for the rest of the season they would win the quad!

I don't think they win all 4, but ending empty handed seems also farfetched.

I envy Liverpool that draw, the atmosphere should be incredible, especially if they don't blow Gala away.

The way the draw is done is so stupid. It feels like a punishment to finish in the top 8 for most teams.

If you only we could capitalize on this result. You just know it won't happen.

The worst part is that even if by some miracle we win on Sunday and then beat Villa, we'd only be level on points with them. Would take something near impossible to happen for us to just match Villa.

United could move up to 3rd and overtake Villa. So annoying that they have new manager bounce.

I am not surprised. Villa are going to be the side we fight for, for 5th place. Imo.

Tbh I am more surprised that villa is currently 3rd. Watching them, I am not sure they are better than us at all, I can even argue that they are worse.

Villa are paying for having a thin squad stretched by their schedule. Missing Tielemans, but more importantly, McGinn, has underlined the problem. McGinn has missed at least 8 games and he's still not back in training.

They have a very canny, very experienced manager who was extracting everything out of the team. Injuries to Tielemans and McGinn, on top of the schedule, are now catching up with him.

What a find Igor Thiago has been for Brentford. 18 league goals now and looks certain to finish on 20+ from here.

City have been poor. Leeds are playing with a lot more urgency and aggression.
