First time I watched the sketch it was performed by Monty Python. Realised many years later that it was originally performed in At Last The 1948 Show and co-written by the four above. Marty Feldman was a great comedian. I remember watching his show in the 1970s. I think it was on the BBC

Marty co-wrote it. First appeared on At Last The 1948 Show before the Pythons sort of took it over.

Yup. Leeds were fined £200,000 for spying on Derby. I wonder whether that amounts to a legal precedent. Boro are bound to demand something like disqualification. Interesting times ahead.
