Explain Maresca, Pochettino, Potter, Lampard , Tuchel sackings

@Deino 's assessment also applies to the players, I suspect quite a few (the ambitious ones who are good enough to even have options) are looking around for a summer transfer. If they get their way and Blueco accept offers, we'll be left with the dross, probably new dross coming in, including an incompetent head coach.

Didn't someone mention the owners let it be known to him he would be sacked if he didn't accept the Chelsea job? It would not surprise me at all if this were true.

I CANT BELIEVE THAT, IF HE WOULD HAVE BEEN SACKED IT WOULD HAVE LOOKED TERRIBLE FOR BLUECOS IMAGE, HE THOUGHT HE HAD WON THE LOTTERY SO COULDNT WAIT TO JUMP ON BOARD

We made them look good. A pathetic and very worrying performance.

All they had to do was be more aggressive than us, that is all it took to win. Just outrun us and outmuscle us. It's that easy. These footballers are horribly trained and horribly coached. Literally like watching an Under 21 team try and compete with fully grown professional footballers.

Its exactly this. We are just a poorly managed and poorly coached squad. Having no leader on the pitch makes it even worse. The constant sloppy passing like a school boy team just amazes me. The lack of effort and desire to run through brick walls to win just infuriates me. This is why I hate football and hate this squad because they're not even working their hardest.

U-21 teams always used to have a couple of "over age" players, who weren't quite good enough for the senior level, and were just treading water until they were sold, and getting "minutes" to keep their fitness levels up.

In games like yesterday's, it feels like our team is made up of 11 of those "over-age" players ...

Yes. Apparently there were some delays appointing him because he wanted to stay at Strasbourg and gain more experience before taking a bigger job. Ultimately he was told that he would not be able to stay at Strasbourg so he had to take the position at Chelsea or find another job.

Agree with that. Sadly.

Your persistent, weekly optimism is an object lesson.

Cheers.

The first season I was a supporter, as a seven year old football mad youngster way back in 1974-75, we got relegated! DOH !!

I always just hope that we win.

Come on Chelsea!

The team was tired. I can't remember what minute it was but It was quite early. Jp need to sprint to beat his marker but you can tell he was reluctant to do so.
