Sad to hear this, Kerry was my hero when I was a kid. I used to run around the playground shouting DIXON, DIXON when I scored. Good days for us both.

He just seems to be a perfect fit for us, I have a good feeling about this appointment. Remains to be seen what he can do with these spineless players, there will be no hiding from the Godfather!! Welcome to Chelsea Antonio, make us proud of our team again.

That is very sad news, one of our true greats. It would be nice to think our club could help out in some way, it seems quite a few of the old pros end up in financial trouble. Keep your chin up Peter.

I started to support the blues about 40 years ago, bloody hell I'm getting old!! My Uncle inspired me to follow them and we were not very good, which is an under statement. All my mates supported Arsenal, Liverpool and Utd and they were all winning trophies, I remember thinking why did I support this team that never wins anything. The joy I experienced when Franco scored the winner in the Cup Winners cup back in 98 is something I will never forget, I opened my front door and shouted Zola Power at the top of my voice!! Its been a rocky road at times but I just think back to Munich, we really did win the Champions League!!

If Diego had behaved like those animals just imagine the uproar, it will be interesting to see the punishments. Walker flicking snot at Diego, what a repulsive little man, Essien would have loved to have played against him.

I forgot how talented the lad is!! We must keep him, he scared them to death when he came on. All the thugs could do is foul him, what a talent. A mystery why he has been so poor this season but that is what he is capable of.

The current crop of players really annoy me as does certain aspects of the way our club is run. When I was a kid we(mostly) were not very good, all my mates supported Arse, Liverpool, Utd etc and they were winning major trophies whilst we had to make do with the 2nd Division title and promotion. Good days! Sometimes I used to think why do I support this rubbish side, why do I care, but it's not as simple as that. We all love this club through thick and thin, players come and go but we will always be Blue because we can't stop caring about the Club just because of a poor season. I sometimes pretend I don't care about a result but inside I'm fuming. When you're feeling down just watch Didi score the penalty in Munich and remember we really did win the Champions League!!!

I enjoyed that, I was a bit annoyed over the Man City saga and still think it soured my thoughts about Frank but he is a true Blue Legend. Cheers Frank.

What have we got to look forward to this season..........Aston bloody Villa!!! Great!

A tear in my eye remembering that night! A team full of heart, determination and fight, a real Chelsea team. Watching the dross this season makes it seem long ago, but we won The Champions League!!!!!

Sad news, RIP fella. He was playing for us when i first started to support the Blues, I can't remember too much about him as i was too young.

I must say I find it hard to have any affection for the current group of players, bar a couple. Over the last 40 years of supporting Chelsea there has been plenty of good times and bad, but for me at least, its impossible to stop caring about our club. I have long been priced out of watching live due to kids, mortgage etc, like many others but it will always be our club. Funnily enough, I was at a funeral the other day and saw someone for the first time in 30 years and he said he remembers me running round the playground shouting DIXON when I had scored!! Great days!!

Top player, top lad, have him back in a heartbeat. Have more affection for him than most of our current players.

Roll on the end of this poxy season, big Kurt was one of the few positives we have had this year. Get well soon Kurt.

I remember him albeit vaguely, ginger haired scottish lad. I don't remember him doing a great deal for us, no offence intended as it must be 20-25 years ago. Bloody hell, I'm getting old!! Why do you ask?

What is this club thinking,he could be used sparingly next season whilst helping Zouma etc. to progress. Keep Ivan and let one of our best players of all time leave. Could only happen at Chelsea, very annoying!!

I forgot how much he looks like Rodney!!! Gullit, Dennis, Vialli, Robbie, Hughes how I wish we had players like them now. There aren't many in the team we have now who I am proud of. Rodney, a very under estimated player, now he could hit a ball!

The position we are in he may not be interested in coming to us! Hopefully the Drog can be utilised in some way, lets just avoid relegation and build from there.

Thanks for everything Jose, I can understand the boards decision but I am gutted. Yet again these spineless, poxy footballers get away with it scot free! My love for football is diminishing all the time, Jose will always be one of us.

I love Jose but sadly he has to leave, it would be nice if he resigned but that will not happen due to the pay off. We are not too good to go down, how long have we thought we will be better next week? We haven't got better, Jose has lost the players and soon the fans will have had enough. We need freshening up and that starts with a new manager, this needs to be done soon or it maybe too late. Managers like Big Sam, Pulis know all about a relegation battle, we don't and that doesn't bode well. This group of players have a lot of ability and should be able to get us up the table, I must say there are many in the team who deserve to be told to bugger off, if they are not playing for Jose then they should be playing for the poor fans who pay their disgusting wages!!
