RIP Peter Bonetti
Best keeper I ever saw and a lovely man. Had the pleasure of chatting to him, Paddy Mulligan and Ossie in 2005 when I picked up a centenary shirt and got it signed. The Cat was the inspiration in me becoming a keeper, I even bought his green gloves! The man was Chelsea through and through, he will be missed.

Chelsea v Liverpool (FA) Tues 3rd Mar 19:45 GMT
I'm loving this Chelsea throw back to the 1970's - midfielder with a proper footballer's name, a centre-forward who just does centre-forward things and gets cramp if he comes into his own half, a back four that is dodgy as anything in defence but brilliant in attack, scrappy draws against sh*te teams and mullering the league leaders in the Cup. The only thing that could make this better is Eddie McCreadie in a sheepskin coat...

Callum Hudson-Odoi
Are you saying that age is the pre-requisite to play in the first XI rather than ability or form?

Eden Hazard - Chelsea Legend
Correct. Ronaldo uses his pace to push the ball past defenders and beat them - an upmarket version of Tony Galvin...

Chelsea vs PSG (Champions League Second Leg) 11/03/2015
Or we could have brought on Cuadrado and put some width on the game to stretch the ten men we were playing against. We made it too easy to defend with our constanting passing across their defence, not one incisive run up the line with a decent cross. Zouma is a good player but his best postition is centre-half and thats where he should be played...

What is Your Least Favourite Chelsea XI?
Careful, his mum might be reading this forum. Don't want her back again... My all-time XI would consist of Jukebox Judas Durie...

Chelsea v Bayern Munich (CL Final) 19/05/12 KO 19:45 BST
I came in drunk and saw it on and, for a moment, wondered if UEFA had made us replay the match 'cos they didn't get the right result...

I know we've put in a bid for Battersea Power Station but, f**k it, can't we just make the Wembley move permanent...

Chelsea v Newcastle Utd 02/05/12 KO 19:45 GMT
Its official, Mikel is the worst passer of the ball I have seen at Chelsea in 40 years. On a positive note, I've been impressed by Bertrand - gone about his job without any fuss or bother...

Chelsea's (All-time) Nightmare Historic XI
You can't have JC in that team, he was the best left-sided postman we had. Still get nightmares thinking about Darren Wood...

Our options seem to be diminishing !!
Sorry Calista but Scolari was City's first choice, Sparky was the fallback. Could it be that we are seeing a bit of a public slapping down of Kenyon who was promoting Sparky for the job until Roman said Nyet? Also it looks as if the Dutch influence could be on the wane, Ten Cate has already gone and rumours are that Arneson won't be offered a new contract when his runs out next year...

The Fight
No problem my Lady, we're all very sober now and at least I had the small consolation of attending a Springsteen concert this evening so my spirits are on the way back up...

The Fight
But the Juventus gits will tell you that he is - he took the winning pen in 2003. For god's sake, get a life...or at least a memory! I've got a pretty good memory Lady Diehard, I can remember our first FA Cup and European CW cup success and I can even remember relegation. I can also remember Sheva when he was world class, sadly so can he...

The Fight
Don't know Coco but then again neither do you, one of life's imponderables along with most of Samuel Beckett's works... Ah come on, of course he would of pushed himself to the front for a penalty, probably would of bullied his way to the front to go first, you obviuosly didnt see the incident with Ballack aginst Manure in the EP a few weeks back then ? Of course I do and who won that tussle? But the point I made is that JT would have taken one of the first five penalties anyway as he is a leader. Three of the others would have been taken by Lamps, Ballack, Belletti (as he was subbed for the purpose) and the fifth by either Cole or Drogs. But Drogs getting sent off did not lose us the shoot-out - Cole scored his as did the other three. JT slipped and we were into sudden death...

The Fight
Another thing about the fight, JT stopped Vidic just as he was about to deck someone, maybe he should have just let him go...

Sas, you've only made 31 posts. Shame. You should get on here more often because that post is top quality. I used to post more on the old forum but I don't get that pissed anymore...

The Fight
Sheva's not so hot at penalties as the Scouse gits will tell you... Sheva was designated penalty kicker at Dynamo and Milan. He was also a world class forward when he played with those teams...
