we are an awful team,. what are we doing in training???

Just to remind everyone. We are playing an obscure Russian team who was forced to play their reserves due to ilness of first team players. 
Yet we barely created anything. We are atrocious. I am tired of this piss poor football we are displaying every week.

Serious question: what football are we playing under Frank Lampard? What is our unique style of play ? What are we trying to implement  but we didn't quite get there?
Can anyone here honestly say they have seen progress in the last 15 months? Because i see nothing but an atrocious, chaotic type of football, which hasn't changed  since he took over.
By comparison, if you look at Arsenal, Everton, Leicester, you can see what the managers want to implement there.
I wish I could say the same for us

I'd take a loss against Palace if it meant getting Frank out now.

I get it that some fans like Lampard because they are English and they are proud, but you have to realize Lampard is a championship manager at best. Have anybody seeing any improvement from Last season even though we bought few players? Lampard was a fantastic player, but we have to face facts. We are not going anywhere with him. Feel free to curse me out I don't mind.

Love Frank, he is legend for Chelsea, but his is not the right manager for us at the moment.  RA won't put up with this sh*t for long either, we are clueless in defence, midfield and attack and most painfully, look like a very fragile team, such a contrast to what usually a Chelsea team look like.
 

They signed because Chelsea is a huge club who play in a desirible league and pay very good wages. I don't think romantocising it takes away from those things. Players know managers these days have a very short shelf life.

Alonso dropped from the squad entirely despite only playing 45 minutes

there is no fun in watching Lampard's Chelsea. No tactical idea, no shape, no vision, what are we playing??
The players walking on the pitch, defence looks totally disconnected every game and concedes an average of 2-3 goals per game,  our " stellar " midfield is over played and over powered every single game, a lot of players in positions where they are wasted.
I supported Frank and wanted him to succeed, but this hat is too big for him, not a Chelsea level manager at the moment. Purely emotional appointment that will set-us back.

 WBA play in the prem not the Championship so are in fact a prem team 
there are no longer any poor teams in the league, we saw that last year when even Norwich beat the reigning champions
theres been no pre season to compare to a normal year hence lack of form, and there are still 2 new signings at 70 mill quid to take their places 
same points haul at this time last year we made Top 4; chill long way to go 

I’m going to say what everyone is thinking even if they push it out of their heads because of loyalty and optimism....this job has come too early in franks career. 
 
He has attributes to be a great manager but he is still a bit naive and with the money spent and the talent in the squad he is going to need to get results or its not going to last.
We all want him to do well and the story is romantic but if that will translate into reality...we shall see, I hope so but the flaws are clear. 

Don’t be soft and give credit for coming down from three goals behind. What we have just seen is the pathetic circus that is Chelsea. Lampard is well out of his depth. 

We deserve this, we have been playing with the same sh*t attitude, slow as f**k and players look like don't give a sh*t. Lampard clearly tactically inept, we cannot play this badly with this group of players

Before anyone says we’re being bitter or it’s not a conspiracy - can we just remember in the 2017 final when Sanchez played volleyball to stop a clearance and score. Which the linesman disallowed but Taylor overruled and allowed the goal? Funnily enough we lost that 2-1 with 10 men as well. He’s a cheating c**t and you can’t convince me otherwise.

injuries and ref aside, we have been poor today. This isn't how you play a final. Reminds me of the final we lost against this lot when we became champions. Same attitude., not good enough

Answer is simple: he is not up to the job, same mistakes all seasons is down to the manager.
 

getting trashed here by a team that has no stars, but play as a unit under a better manager tactically than Frank.
Honeymoon over, no excuse,  I have been saying this since the beggining,, with all the love for Frank, he is no way Chelsea level manager at the moment.
