I was singing along to a Day in the Life last night on the radio which got me to thinking which is my favourite of theirs. Which is a tough call. I think I would pick A Day in the Life.

I think Sparky is more likely to go to Manchester City - his wife never moved to London when he played at Chelsea and Southampton because she wouldn't move south. I would think staying in Manchester suits his family life and there is a lot less pressure on him to take over another midtable club.

How important is it for us to appoint someone pretty quickly? When do you think RA will finally announce who he has gone for? It may turn out to be good for us that England are not in Euro 08 even though some of our players will be there, the majority will not. It is approximately 11 weeks till the season starts so hopefully the new manager will have plenty of time to bed in.

who was Wenger when he first arrived? A total nobody that maybe a few Frogs would have heard of. Quite honestly if AG was better looking and had a bit more charisma we would have warmed to him. we could have won the league, it was that close. we are in the CL final which JM didn't manage ok so we lost to Barnsley and it was pathetic. But Jeez, the guy has done amazingly, we came a close second, we could just as easily dropped down the table and finished nowhere. We don't even have to qualify for the CL next season as do Arse and the Scousers.

loads of times it is very unpleasant. An Arsenal box a few times and Tottenham boxes (friends invited me). Coventry away. Liverfool when we lost 5-0 (really horrid) Tottenham, Arsenal in the stands (never minded Spurts because we always won and I enjoyed standing up for our goals in front of them). Everton - friends with tickets who live there. Zaragoza - went with a private trip and our tickets were not in the away end (thank goodness because the police laid into our fans and I was glad I wasn't there).
