Your coaching under 7s I have to ask how many scouts have approached you? I scouted an under 7s game once and counted another 9 who i KNEW all from different clubs.

4 years is unusually long for a player of his potential. Not saying I don't think he'll make it. Just that he's not a definite like Josh. I also can't see him getting many minutes on the pitch any time soon with Bossy and Ivo in their prime. Glad to see we're at least giving the lad a chance though

1: In the mid 90's when I was about 7 I decided I needed to pick a team to support. I looked at the prem league table in the paper seen Chelsea in about 11th or 12th and thought that'll do me. 2: Delighted with the signings of Lukaku and Mata. They look top quality and Luka will hopefully lead the line for the next decade. Raul Meireles I'm disappointed about as I felt we should have made a bid for Goetze at Dortmund before everyone else goes for him. 3:While I appreciated the work Carlo did for us I never really felt comfortable with him as the manager. If we didn't batter a team we would struggle and it always felt like all or nothing under him. We were either brilliant or laboured 4: As long as they perform on the pitch I don't care what they do off it so long as its not illegal. They can have a drink and have sex as much as they like for me but I'd rather it was consensual. 5:I feel we may drop points around the christmas period this year and take ourselves out of the title race as we adapt to our new manager but come March we'll settle down and will steamroll teams till the end of the season. Outside of Chelsea Eden Hazard will be playing Champions League football this season and I expect him to be the Alexis Sanchez of next summer (everyone will be trying to sign him). I worked as a youth scout for a league 1 club until a couple of years ago and I can assure you clubs will have already approached this kids parents. I went to watch an under 7's tournament a few years back and I counted scouts from 9 prem league clubs and they were just the ones I knew. There is pressure from the clubs to pick the kids up as young as possible and some hold special training sessions for children as young as 5
