  1. Own nothing red except an England shirt. Drive cars that are predominately Blue in colour, latest is an XF in Midnight Blue My gargage door is colour matched to a chelsea home shirt from the early 00's Do not possess nor would I buy anything made by Nike, always have been an Addidas man so delighted they are our kit sponsor. Do own Barca shirts which have been occaisionaly worn, for CL finals particularly those featuring Arsenal and Manure.
  2. Fellow Blues - I was reliably informed that last Saturday 19th April was the 39th anniversary of the Battle of White Hart Lane in 1975 - I was a slip of an 18 year old on the day, just thought I'd share. Keep the Faith
  3. Honestly, I think we have over achieved against expectation this season. With our striker issues and our inconsistency against the less adventerous opposition I think it is remarkable that this group have stayed in the race as long as they have. That said, I find it very disappointing that having had the destination of the title placed in our hands follwoing the City v Sunderland result in the week that we spunk it away with such a lack lustre performance as I witnessed today. We have little or no variation to our play, we are too slow in moving the ball around all adds up to being predictable and that's what the Sunderlands of this world thrive on. Against the top sides we thrive because they leave the space in which we can play, we did not carve Arsenal apart a few weeks ago through good fortune but through ability to exploit situations quickly, against those who park the bus we lack imagination to do similar, some players lack the stomach for the fight in the EPL. It hurts that we may have gifted the Dippers the title but good luck to them, they have played good football and earnt the right to a EPL title. Just a shame we could not take it to Anfield where I was convinced we would put on our big gane heads and win. Now our side for Anfield will be totally dictated by our result against Athletico on Tuesday. All that said we are still in the CL and with our big game heads on have every chance of a favourable result against Athletico, a fine side, over two legs and who know's more CL glory. Don't write us off yet folks!! Keep the Faith
  4. I boldly predict we shall prevail on all fronts by hook or by crook. We have players who have the mental strength to dig in and get the big results, we have been here before. The pressure is not on us' it is on them. They lack truely big match experience, only play one way and I can see them panicking whether they are 1-0 up or down. IMO we are out performing against expectation this season, the team with no strikers sitting in second place in the EPL and in the CL semi-finals is a remarkable achievement. Our achillies heel has been overcoming the well organised and workman like sides. But when it comes to the crunch matches Jose has the knack of bringing home the points - I see only one winner at Anfield and that is Chelsea, Keep the Faith
  5. Shaping up nicely the lad, there are very few out there who are better.
  6. Between Dave and Cahill for me, both have developed into solid and reliable players.
  7. We will win at Anfield, not sure what prize we will end up with at the en d of the season but we will win at Anfield. Keep The Faith
  8. Wanna see Joffrey toasted by one of those dragons. Recording a 2am and watching whilst eating my breakfast...... fine start to a Monday morning.
  9. oh dear oh dear. We were made to pay tonight for a lack of discipline as much as anything. We have made PSG look like world beaters when in reality they are not, they would do well to be a top six EPL club, the French league is poor. I saw enough of them tonight to still believe we have a punchers chance, just as we did aganst Napoli. For me it will be all about how PSG approach the match, do they stick or twist and our line up on the night, a 2 - 0 is not beyond us and I am not convinced they know how to sit on a lead........... time for another one of those magic Champions League nights at the Bridge, we have been here before and nothing short of a max effort from players and fans is acceptable - I've got my ticket, see you there . Keep the faith people, keep the faith.
  10. One word sums him up 'WINNER', plain and simple.
  11. Let us crush them, smash them, obliterate them even - ok a streaky 1 - 0 will do. If we do them on AW's 1000th then we will have done another interestig double as we bet them on his 500th match, what's he won in his last 500 against our last 500 I wonder................... Feckin loads I'll wager. Come on the Chels, one more huge step towards the title if we can nick this one.
  12. easy peasy lemon squeezy - ANDY TOWNSEND
  13. is E'to on drugs, passes to Mikel to shoot..................
  14. We are being typically wasteful again tonight. For me Willian and Dave are probably the only two players to come out with credit over the 90.
  15. A generally lacklustre performance all round. JM needs to work some magic before we play Everton, 3pts please JM. Keep The Faith people
  16. Whether you are playing WBA or Many City you need to play with the same intensity. Tonight we lacked that intensity, WBA were not going to let us go there and run all over them. We did not set the right sort of tempo to suite us and in the last 20 minutes we lacked in someone getting the game by the scruff of the neck and deny WBA possession, instead we bashed the ball up the park and gave away endless free kicks and sat deeper. The cross for their goal should never been possible, we had two players go towards the ball carrier and then stop thus giving him his chance to cross - simply poor defending. Lessons to be learned from this hopefully. Keep the faith people
  17. Nice to see our fox in the box grab a three goal haul, that's why we have him and no better time to deliver than against Manure. My MoM is Willian, I thought he worked his nuts off yesterday, always trying to drive the team forward rather than engage in all this sideways passing crap. Special mention for Cahill and JT who looked rock solid in the middle. Over the years we have had many memorable encounters against great Manure sides, their side yesterday is one of the weakest I have seen in many a long year - still that's Moyes problem and not mine.
  18. Dive Dive Dive as they say on a submarine!! He is a cheating little tw*t who deserves f*ck all. That said it was p*ss poor goal keeping.
  19. Thought I'd take a different approach to the Seeing the Gooners away match on the 23rd so have decided it's not the Emirates for me but instead will b sharing the occasion with the Chelsea supporters club in Melbourne - KTBFFH in Australia.
  20. Main concern is that Dave's injury is not to serious, I thought he was playing really well for us. As for the match, we had loads of opportunity to create killer chances but failed to capitalise, more often than not due to taking the wrong option or as they say in golf, poor club selection. With such a toothless strike force we will continue to struggle to finish off sides. God help us when we play against Didier in the CL, he'll tear our defence a new ar*ehole if he has one of his inspirational nights.
  21. f**king rubbish defending again, embarrassing. We are making less than average teams look like world beaters. Painful to watch us throw games away.
  22. Shocking defending yet again.......................... Sunderland do nothing, never look like doing anything and we gift them.
