He did his job fantastically, to devastating effect. His second just before half time was a real hammer-blow to that United dressing room.

 

Honourable mentions to Willian and Hazard.

David Moyes for being w**k at pretty much every aspect of his job.

Eto'o, good to see him get his hat trick, we can play better than today and we just beat the Champions 3-1, onwards and upwards.

Samuel, didn't see the match as I was working but anyone who gets 3 goals deserves it don't they? 

Ha ha, landslide so far and rightly so. Eto'o outstanding today.

Eto'o made it happen. Score a hatrick no more to be said. Everyone played really well. Ivan was a bit rusty but tried his guts out no complaints its all good at the moment.

It would be unusual for someone who scores a hatrick not to get MOTM so my vote goes to Eto'o, closely followed by

Cahill and Willian.

No really contest in this one, Eto'o all day. Cahill and Willian worked well today as well.

When you score a hat trick protocol says you have to be MoM  and rightly so. Willian though pushed him very close , at times there seemed to be more than one of him on the pitch.

We haven't even had a jokey Torres vote yet...

I don't know who to vote for, it's a tough one.

Has to be Eto'o really doesn't it... Really happy for him (JUST this game was worth 7 mil!) 

A few more points from my side:

 

- I thought Willian, yet again, ran his socks off all game; chasing everything and getting involved across the park.

- Eden was terrific too, the boy has simply bucket loads of skills, pace and vision...

- Oscar had a poor game and really thought Mata would take his place early in the second half.

- Luiz again impressed in CDM (yes, yes, there were the occasional Luiz'isms!) 

- Cech... WTF?! :)

- JT and Cahill! **Queue Song** SOLID AS A ROCK!

- Azpi looked a little shaken by in LB (not sure why Cole wasn't playing either....) Need him back in RB if Cole was fit

- Mourinho: Thank you Thank you THANK YOU!! Wonder how many coaches out there get the names chanted throughout almost every game! 

 

All in all, Really happy for our boys... Still work to be done though, but onward and upwards! 

 

And for all those people out there telling us "Chelsea strikers NEVER score!" Well.....      That's right, count 'em, One, Two THREE!!

Obviously Eto'o but an honourable mention to Cahill who I thought was superb yesterday not only defensively but chipped in with two assists as well!
