Bar someone unrealistic Messi , Ronaldo , I want to stick with Torres. I want him to have no excuse for not putting in a great shift for us this season. we have and are signing some serious ball players , he should be drooling at the thought of these lads providing chances a plenty. Its up to him to make the most of it. we have given him unbelieveable support , now its time to stop with the face and give us our return.

Zola , he was everything that is great about the game. We loved him , other fans loved him , even with a dodgy haircut. The first season he came something happened to us as a club. We started aiming higher , our expectations were raised. It wasn't enough just beating the spuds or le arse for bragging rights , I felt we were operating at a new level when we signed him , and maybe Zola has been the main springboard to everything we have achieved. that is not de-meaning or taking anything away from any player who has helped us win since then but , the comeback against Liverpool '97 , that goal in the semi against Womblebum , the Stuttgart goal , it elevated us. I just think he made us a bigger club.

My journey was (unfortuneatly not anymore) Harlesden bakerloo line to Baker St , wait for the district line to FB , or if a circle line came first take that to Earls Ct as there was always Chelsea there and we might meet a few of the lads. Sadly , kids , mortgage , car loan and dog (a boxer eating me out of house and home) , herselfs (sorry to all the ladies here) penchant for credit cards oh and the small matter of living in Ireland have restricted me to watching from afar for a few years. On a side note will be bringing the binlids down to SB in a couple of weeks for their first visit , I just want to get their pictures taken down there in their kits I feel like a kid again.

Townsend really bothers me. I spent an hour and a half waiting on the phone to talksport to give out to him about his so called expert commentary and strangely enough he never took my call despite the researcher saying he is going to come to you shortly. Feckin bar steward , he was gonna get it both barrels. Jukebox at the time we despised for going to them , and funnily enough Gallas I laugh about because he made such a sh*te of it leaving us. Didier owning him in the semi was hilarious !

Terrible performance by Ireland , totally outclassed no complaints really. As for the Keano rant on the fans singing , I'm proud that they sang and supported the team like that. Going out there , the fans knew it was going to a tough ask so fair play to them for making the most of it. It doesn't distract me from the fact we are a poor team , I just don't see the big deal in the fans showing their support that way.

Torres will have a field day with this guy passing to him. Its the sharpness that we are missing , I hope its true.

Firstly I take a lot of direct quotes with a pinch of salt , unless I have seen the interview entirely I tend to hold judgement as best as I can. However I'm always annoyed by players who seem to be more bothered about self interest than the team or club. Yes have your grievances but go the correct route and show a bit of loyalty to the fans and your employer.

West side of the shed , it was about as far as we dared go in ! Sometimes if it was jammers we'd go down to the fella who was on the gate between the Shed and the West stand and give him a pound and we'd be left in there and get a better view. I once ended up in the away end Sheffield Utd cup game we won 1-0. Got down late and was turned away from our end , so decided it was a good idea to go in with them. The OB stopped me going in , I told them I was a tourist and they let me in. Seeing the Shed going mad when we scored from that end was odd , and i couldn't celebrate some right nuts in there.

Ok I've not been hiding under a rock for the last year or so , but I've seen about as much of Hulk as I have of Hazard. Are these guys really that good ? I mean are we wise spending all this money on these guys .

I am completely biased on this as Di Matteo is my favorite player over the years , when I was playing Saturday and Sunday league My number was 16. That said what we have in our trophy cabinet is enough to convince me that the boys should get the chance. I am not completely clouded as when they took over I would have taken Jose or Pep as manager when the new season started , however how can you not fail to be impressed by what they have achieved. They're enthusiasm and love for the club is obvious to everyone and I for one will be be delighted to see them given a chance. Sentiment aside , loyalty to a team that has won where others have failed for whatever reasons needs to be given consideration.
