Quick question on new sanctions by the EU. As we are not allowed to sell any new tickets so champions league games will be played in an empty stadium (unless we have a new buyer) can the club not just allow fans in for free? All season ticket holders and then a lucky draw for members

Guess it will be FC Chelsea and like the phoenix we would rise again. If we get bought out we will survive as Chelsea FC but things might be different. Been a supporter since 1976 (born 71) so I have seen it all. Relegation/promotion, Bates saving the club, Johnny H's blue and white army, Johnny Neal getting club back on track with some terrific signings. On the plus side the fans own the ground. Imagine FC Chelsea v Slough Town et al at the bridge. FC Chelsea on non league tour and before you know, we are the boys in division 2 and we won't be here for long.

I liked the old yellow top, blue shorts but these days if we play someone in say all blue the shorts need changing or 3rd kit. Maybe an all yellow strip would have been better with blue stripe

Brilliant. Love the basic kits. Players wearing 1-11. Keepers wearing same colour shorts and socks as outfield players plus green tops (shame we can't or not allowed to go back to that). Near perfect playing surface lol players these days would have kittens seeing that pitch. Ground appears full of Chelsea even though game at QPR (no change there tbh) and WTF is the ref wearing? Obviously meant for a bigger bloke!
