Weller will always be (Mod)God in my eyes and can therefore do no wrong. Having said that, haven't been over keen on the stuff he has put out in recent years. But he's in his 60's now and allowed to be a bit self-indulgent and experimental and put out what he wants. The fact that he is still going strong and selling out gigs - good luck to him. Has stayed true to his principles and has a back-catalogue few (if any) can rival. The fact he has given us so many great songs, and in particular those three absolute classic LP's - All Mod Cons, Setting Sons & Sound Affects. He's a National Treasure!

I came across the track above after discussing Christina Rossetti (who wrote In The Bleak Midwinter) with a friend, thought it was beautiful, well worth posting. January 29, 20206 yr "Angie" by Bert Jansch, as performed on the album "Bert Jansch". It was an article in 'Guitarist' magazine that started me listening to him.
