CL Final 2008

FA Cup Semi-Final vs. Scum 2006

CL Semi-Final vs. Barca 2009

Good crying:

Hmm... more good crying needed!

Only time i have ever cried at a match was at Wembley in 1994 - i just couldn't believe how cruel football could be.

Made 97 all the sweeter though.

Have not really cried but my eyes did have some tears in them after the Final in Moscow and I couldn't sleep all night... Was devastated that night and a few days after.

When we won the league I didn't cry but was hyper, jumping around and just cheering, haha! good days

I never get tearful, but like others say, angry or down are my two effects after a lost. After Moscow, and last year semis, I was impossible to talk to. And, usually after a lose, I completely tune out from football and try to avoid talking or hearing about the lost. If I go missing on this forum from time to time, it's mostly after defeats.

I've never cried, but I did come very close in the CL Final, very close.

I had to laugh at my younger brother though, he was only 10 at the time, and he cried when Lamps equalised in the CL Final! Bless his cotton socks.

Have only cried once and it was at the Tottenham game in 2006 when we showed our respect to Ossie. A big tattooed bloke next to me cried his eyes out while singing "Born is the King" and I got a bit emotional myself. Even though I'm too young to have witnessed Ossie, I was very touched by that moment.

Well, it's never really been proper weeping but the Champions League final did make me very emotional and it had the sickening and sinking feeling to it. Ironically, when Lamps scored from the spot in the CL tie just before this one, there were tears of joy.

However, a certain Mr. Ovrebo really played around with my emotions last year. I was so disgusted after the last penalty shout was rejected coupled with the full time whistle. I couldn't move myself and didn't want to look at the TV either. I don't even remember what I did. But I definitely missed the Drogba show after the match and it took me a while to find what exactly had happened because I think I switched off the TV.

All the men admitting they've never cried... just me who gets overly emotional when we lose? I get angry when we draw :346:

I get a feeling of helplessness when it comes to losing the big games. Probably because there's f**k all I can do about it. It's a horrible empty feeling felt last of all against Barca last year.

never have when we have lost but certainly had wet eyes at Wembley in '97 when we finally won a major trophy after all those long, barren years.

That fact that I was there with my old dad, (a lifelong supporter who saw us win the league in 1955), and some of best "Chelsea" mates who had all gone through the dark years with me, meant I wasn't the only one who was all emotional. And Jesus, did we get pissed that night. Without a doubt one the greatest days of my life.

Have to say I shed a few tears after the Barca match last year... also losing in moscow was tough... It's probably the only time I've ever seen my Dad cry as well.

Had a quiet tear in my eye after Bolton 2005 though, i'd prefer a few more of those!

Not sure if I'd be able to contain myself if we were to win the Champions League this year...
