My friend and I are just in Act II. Got my DH to level 18 and she's rockin it. Having so much fun playing her.

Just beat Portal 2, but not sh*t out right now. Been playing FIFA, Final Fantasy VII, and just started Red Dead Redemption up again. Kind of in a bind, financially, so can't buy any new games, although I could rent Max Payne if it's short enough to beat it in a couple of days.

Anyone played anything worthwhile lately?

I got Max Payne, its pretty good but way too many cut sceens.

I can't wait for Hitman Absolution, though it's not coming out until November (I think).

Got the first two episodes of "The Walking Dead" game. 5 episodes total, plays kind of like "Heavy Rain", but with a cel-shaded type of graphics. I am really enjoying them, their are a ton of choices to make, and some of the stuff is very dark. I don't care too much for the television show, this but this game is pretty legit.

Ah yeah, I knew that but I should've clarified that. I was worried about someone seeing the game I was recommending it but ignoring because they don't like or watch the tv show.

Ive been thinking about getting those at some point, but Ive got a few games to play through first. Love the "graphic novels" (yeah right, they are bloody comics) so definitely want to try them.

No rush either, dkw. Only 2 of the 5 are out as of now. I go the first 2 for "free" since I joined PS Plus (which costs $50 for a year), so I am wondering if they will give the rest of them discounted to PS Plus subscribers (or free would work too). There's a demo out which lets you play through 2 of the shorter chapters from Episode 1, gives you a feel of how the game plays.

So I also picked up a $10 copy of MGS4 since they just came out with trophies. Figured it was a good time to finally beat it, since I had played a little of it over 2 years ago.

I love MGS and MGS2, but I have trouble getting into this one. The storyline just tends to get so absurd and overly complicated anymore, it just doesn't draw me in like the first 2 did.

I didnt play 4 as 3 was bloody horrible, it was more like a film with a few gameing bits every so often because of how long the many many cut scenes were.

Borderlands 2, cant wait for that game actually - Hitman Absolution should be decent as well.

I loved Borderlands, such a fantastic romp of a game and quite underrated. 2 looks equally as fun, cant beat a good FPS looting game.

Got Borderlands GOTY edition for fairly cheap. Pretty fun little game, it sort of reminds me of playing a MMORPG minus the multiplayer part (at least how I am playing it.)

People should wait for this years versions. FIFA will be out at the end of september and FM will be out octoberish.

The demo was fun, but I will probably pass on this one.

Borderlands has been pretty awesome so far, nice game to pick up for 30-40 minutes a day.

I also just downloaded the newest episode (3/5) of The Walking Dead game, and I am really loving these. Highly recommend the series based on what I've played so far.

Just playing through the first Walking Dead game, excellent so far. Borderlands is awesome as a pick up and blast game isnt it, cant wait for number 2.

L4D2 is a good game, but bloody hell is the community crap.
