Been playing Diablo 3 on PS4, lot more fun than I was expecting.

Far Cry 4 a couple of months after, too. It's going to be a good autumn!

I got it on Xbox one, its a proper good loot em up. Story's a bit erm....

Yeah story is pony but the gameplay itself its more fun than I thought it would be.

I've got two characters on the go one I play alone and one for couch co op with the wife, different character types and I have to adjust my play style for both which is keeping things interesting.

Playing Crysis 3 at the moment, fairly "meh" experience for me the nano suit thing just feels like cheating most of the time and takes away alot of the challenge of a FPS game.

The voice acting is woeful.

I think the suit is a nice touch, make the game more interesting. Loved it personally, then again I was a massive fan of Syndicate which is pretty much the same thing so I am bias somewhat. 

 

The only thing I hated about Crysis 3 was the multiplayer, single shot from a bow and you are dead. It's pretty ridiculous.

Didn't touch multiplayer so can't comment.

I just didn't feel challenged by the single player, as I said as cool as the was it just felt like a cheat being able to ghost through whole sections especially as you could recover your arrows.

Just got metro redux as I never had it last gen, supposedly a very good game.

About halfway through the first Mass Effect. Definitely feels dated but the missions seem a lot more intense than most of 2 and 3's missions. Just got done with Virmire. This is my first female Shep, playing it as a Paragon and will definitely be replaying 2 and 3 after this with her.

I stopped playing Last of Us too a couple of hours in. Too much hype for me I think. I'll probably revisit it in a month or so and try and make some more progress.

I was the same with the PS3 version, could not get into it at all so didn't see the point gettin it for the PS4 since it's basically just a smoother version.

I'm happy to hear there are a few people who thought TLOU wasn't everything it was cracked up to be.

The best story line game (imo) will always be the Metal Gear Solid series

 

They were way ahead of its years and the stealth game mode will always be awesome

Konami have always been weird though...anyone remember the old PES games where you could edit a player to have an eagles head?

MGS will always be one of my favorites. I enjoyed MGS2 as well, although it started getting a bit off the rails. I only made it halfway through 4's batsh*t storyline, and haven't played any others.

Has anyone pre-ordered Destiny? My copy should arrive tomorrow. Looking forward to doing a few raids!

I think most people are choosing Hunters and Warlocks. Titans, whilst having a high defenses, seems a bit slow and blundering

Ive a few games on the go so will wait until Ive finished those before getting Destiny.

I have bought that EA access thing as NFS Rivals is now on it, £20 a year is pretty decent.

Too many games due out that I'm desperate for. Destiny doesnt seem my type of thing and will be pushed to the back of the cabinet as soon as FIFA lands.
