January 10, 201610 yr No one's fault, The Brit. Just a mistake. Just like Kevin. But that's a more impressive one.
January 10, 201610 yr No one's fault, The Brit. Just a mistake. Just like Kevin. But that's a more impressive one. Sold two players then won the league. I'll be more than happy if we make more mistakes like that.
January 10, 201610 yr With the two players, Mr. Mourinho was still here, I guess. ForeverCarefree. And Teritus and Stim.
January 10, 201610 yr The league win has nothing to do with the two. But with a very, very good Eden Hazard, I guess again.
January 10, 201610 yr The league win has nothing to do with the two. But with a very, very good Eden Hazard, I guess again. Or y'know also the other 16 plus other non Belgium players who were heavily involved throughout the season... And the most successful manager the club has ever had.
January 10, 201610 yr It has nothing to do with the Belgium nationalty, FCF. Eden helped you guys a lot the last months of the season. De Bruyne is a very good player. So is Lukaku. Correct. Mr. Mourinho is one of the best managers in the world.
March 13, 201610 yr Probably also Jose's doing. He probably wanted it left out because he knew he would be at United next season he wanted to buy him
March 13, 201610 yr "Choices have been made by me. By me. Not by them. "Everyone says it is Mourinho's fault, but it is not his fault because I made the decision. I went to his office to ask if I could go." Yeah, it's like he made that decision based on nothing. He made that choice because he saw that having already scored dozens of goal per PL season weren't enough reasons for Jose to trust in him and not sign Eto'o or Drogba.

Holy Jesus, the horse's mouth isnt enough for you to believe. Jog on

He made that choice because he saw that having already scored dozens of goal per PL season weren't enough reasons for Jose to trust in him and not sign Eto'o or Drogba. So he didnt believe he could win the #1 position from two strikers well passed their prime....? But by dozens you mean 17, right? Because thats how many BPL goals Lukaku scored when Mourinho came in and brought in proven strikers to help a team that desperately needed one to compete.... Or do you know many top managers at top level clubs who just trust their whole season to a 20 year old whose only had one loan spell in the BPL?
March 15, 201610 yr https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CYDL570WwAE4CJ0.png 57 - Romelu Lukaku scored the most goals among the current under 23 players in the top 5 leagues. Young.
March 30, 201610 yr A good first Lukaku brothers goal, yesterday. http://sporza.be/cm/sporza/videozone/v_FIFAWK_voetbal/RodeDuivels/1.2615053
April 6, 201610 yr So now there is noise emerging of Conte wanting him back at Chelsea for £60m. Would be a huge mistake to bring him back for big money. He is not good enough for the level we wnat to be playing at. Its mental to spend so much on a limited player when we can have both Icardi and Mitrovic for £20m each.

April 6, 201610 yr rate Lukaku but wouldn't spend any more than £12 million on him, maybe offer Azpilicueta in exchange, honestly think we'd be better off keeping Pato, would be much cheaper + even more so if we offer Sao Paulo that mug Azpilicueta in exchange

I don't know if Icardi would be that cheap but he's got to be considered when Lukaku would cost so much. Him and Costa could be a fantastic partnership, but they might be a little too similar in style.

Him and Costa could be a fantastic partnership, but they might be a little too similar in style. Icardi has fell out with mancini earlier in the season. If Inter dont fire mancini then Icardi will be available on a cut price deal. I am obviously assuming we get him as a replacement for Costa if he is sold. Its telling that Lukaku has not improved much in last 4 seasons in the PL. He is quite literally still the same player that was playing for west brom in 12-13 season with same limitations and problems with his play. Edited April 7, 201610 yr by Orpington_Blue

While he isn't a different player he has improved steadily since then. Better finisher, better taking people on, better passer and certainly better holding the ball up. The latter is not even close to where he was at WBA Edited April 7, 201610 yr by TheChelseaBlues
April 19, 201610 yr Not sure if there's any truth behind it, without transparency it's fair to apportion blame to Emanalo and/or the board too. But, nonetheless... Jose Mourinho could cost Chelsea millions after advising against buy-back clause in Romelu Lukaku's Everton contract http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2016/04/19/jose-mourinho-advice-to-put-buy-back-clause-in-romelu-lukakus-ev/ Edited April 19, 201610 yr by the special one
April 19, 201610 yr Why would Mourinho have any say in whether a buy back clause is inserted into a player sale? Isn't transfer negotiations, contracts and transfer fees negotiated conducted by Granovskaia?
