First off, as I already said in another topic: maybe he does want to stay and fight for his place, or maybe he's content with minimal game time - the only person that knows the truth of the matter is Mikel himself. 

There's no cherry-picking about it.

I don't think he's good enough for us, but I'd respect him so much more if it was him telling me he's gutted he isn't playing regularly for this team that he loves, not his agent. That's the kind of desire I want from a Chelsea player.
