I did the same in terms of preparing a squad: about thirty minutes of thinking. I like to think that the people on page one of the league put more effort in; it would be a blow to think that the league's number one also spent just half an hour preparing! :-)

Joined the league this week..just curious who is at the top and with how many points...

I just lost 20 points by making about 5 transfers. So probably gunna be bottom by the end of the weekend.

"A wildcard allows you to make unlimited free transfers throughout a Gameweek. Playing a wildcard will remove any points deductions from transfers already made in the same Gameweek.

 

You can play 2 wildcards a season.One wildcard can be played at any time. The January Wildcard can only be used after Gameweek 20 starts (1 Jan 11:30) until Gameweek 23 ends (7 Feb 11:30).

Wildcards are played on the transfers page but aren't active until you have confirmed the transfers."
