Just a waste tbh, i think we should be done buying players and shipping straight back out on loan. Unless we already get rid of quite a few of the no-hoper loanees we have out already that will never make it to our first team

The loan system has earned the club over £60m in revenue.

It works.

Oh I agree that it works, Im just saying we should get rid of the ones we know for sure pretty much that wont work.. Like the German Messi for example

How?

I don't see why people wouldn't want the loan system we have, Other clubs will often pay a fee & wages for the loan or even just the wages, We've made our money back on some players only going on loan for a few years.

It's a brilliant system, When you look into it, We pretty much got one of the best goalkeepers in the world on a free transfer and as someone mentioned, Made a lot of money that can be used for the first team.

I agree its a great system but it does have its flaws.. Some of the players we have out on loan are just not good enough, but no club would buy them because they're on high enough wages as it is that we're paying .People like Marin and Kakuta are the flaws in our system, they're simply not good enough and we won't be able to make any money from them.

There is a flaw in everyone transfers. No one can have a 100% record when it comes to transfers working out.

Of course there will be players that aren't good enough, You can have everyone be brilliant and sell for profit. Kakuta was one of the biggest prospects in the world years ago, I can understand that's probably why we gave him high wages but if his wages are being paid whilst out on loan we aren't exactly losing much.

Marin i agree we won't make the money back that we paid for him, But again if his wages are being paid and the profit we've received from other loans will cover that.

Been pictured today with Willian at the training ground.

Wonder if he will be punted out on loan first, the press are hyping up a fair bit but that tends to happen when you sign a young south American.

Would he take up a foreigner spot or because he is 18/19 would he be classed as a youngster? Not even sure how it works tbh.

My money would be on a loan to Holland.

A player from any nationality whos Under 21, doesnt have to be registered, its the same for any U21, no matter if theyre from England or Africa.

The main issue will be a work permit.

any chance he'd get a first team squad place immediately?

Extremely slim, most likely another loanee

Good news! This is the way we do business and I think it is good business. He was apparently chased by a number of big clubs. Our brazilians must be the reason he chose Chelsea. I like where we are as a club as these young talents want to come to Chelsea and not Liverpool or Arsenal or even ManU.

Why would they want to come to Liverpool or even Man U.

Man U is a mess and I don't think Van Gaal is a good manager for them. But I guess they could lure him with some ridiculus amount of money like they did with Luke Shaw.

Btw. I think Shaw is a prick!!!

Will probably need a work permit so can see him going to Vitesse for a couple of seasons like Wallace, If he isn't good enough for us then we can sell him he's still young and would fetch a profit, if it works out we'd have a top player on our hands, Win win.

Because i fear more and more young players will grow reluctant of signing for chelsea knowing they have no chance of making it here, and are just used as a commodity
