He is on the new kit release pics, that might indicate he is staying but Jose would defiantly sell him if the offer was right and we had a suitable replacement

That's why I said it might, you can at this point but a shirt with oscars name on it so it's indicative of what they "think" will happen, Brenda was certain he was keeping sterling plus our release was later than everyone else's..so yea no guatentee but it's indicative of the plans if nothing else, plus the dippers don't have any star players sterling would be their biggest shirt seller, the necessity was there for that, we have plenty of star players so no need for it

I like Isco, he's a great talent. But it's extremely unlikely we'll sign him this summer, especially now that Benitez is his manager.

That's what I meant. It was a bit strange that Madrid didn't go after him, probably because they got Ozil instead at the same time who was the bigger name then. That worked out brilliantly for City.

 

City wanted to buy Isco two seasons back but when Madrid showed interest there was only one place he was going.

As inspired a signing as Isco would be, a Metro article quoting an Express article is about as loose a link as you're likely to find, even by modern transfer rumour standards.

 

I'm not entirely sure where the idea that Real would even want to sell him comes from. Admittedly he doesn't start every game, but he only started four fewer games than Bale (their record signing) last season, and overall made more appearances. Bear in mind that Real also elected to sell Ozil after they'd signed Isco in summer 2013, at a point when the former was at the absolute peak of his abilities.

 

I'm sorry to say it, but I really, really can't see it happening.
