I know there is still a few weeks left of the season, but I am keen to see what everyone's goal of the season is (Chelsea and overall premier league)

 

Quite a difficult one for us as we haven't scored many "screamers" this season.

 

For me:

 

Chelsea  goal of the season:  Fabregas V Palace away

 

Overall goal of the season: Defoe V Newcastle

Chelsea goal of the season : Schurrle at the begging of the season vs Burnely (I think)

Overall goal of the season : Zamora where he flicked it over the keeper from the edge of the box.

Or

Adam against us.

The audacity to try either was commendable, and to pull it off was even better.

Chelsea - Would either be Schurrle at Burnley or Costa against Arsenal.

Overall - Adam against us.

Chelsea goal of the season :  Hazard vs Southampton

 

Overall goal of the season : Charlie Adam vs us

 

Honourable mentions: Jelavic vs Newcastle, Silva vs West Ham, Mata vs Pool

Hard to look passed Schurrle at Burnley for me.

No particular order:

- Schurrle one was a lovely showcasing the new style

- Costa vs Everton for the pure refreshing feeling of seeing seeing a striker in blue show that kind of composure and class and at the same time banishing the dark clouds of Torres's ineptitude in front of goal.

- The Oscar belter with the outside of the boot.

- Hazard long range, can't remember vs whi.

There will be official vote opening soon on the site to go along with player of the year awards...but for me, it's Schurrle v Burnley...not only a superb goal, it's what it represents...a new chelsea about to take the piss out of everyone in the premier league

No particular order:

Tyler may have been a bit of a nob at times this season, but he called us winning title early on the basis of Schurrle's goal
