Jose Must Go / Must Stay (merged threads)

Featured Replies

For a bunch of people who seem to call themselves loyal fans... Where is the actual loyalty? There is none whatsoever to the players and manager who won the league last year.

What ever happened to supporting your club and concentrating on making a great atmosphere, win or lose? To many glory hunters.

I'd rather keep José mourinho at the club than pathetic, spineless cretins like the starter of this thread.

I was thinking the same thing, almost (but not quite) thinking there is a god!

Andreas, how are you, why have you forsaken us for so long?

Probably some other woman, Valerie!  :sadwalk::

You feel it too? It's not just that we're thankfully veering off topuc, is it?

Not at all, just an added bonus!

This thread is rubbish.

Talk about the 1960s, salads & Charlton elsewhere.

Mourinho must stay and be allowed to rebuild. Can't say he didn't have the funds behind him in pre-season, just clubs sticking to their guns which is fair enough. Mourinho has the board's backing and I really don't think he's lost the dressing room.

Just do us all a favour and pick players who deserve to start and drop those ridiculously out of form.

We should do this in the 'Jose it's time to go' thread too. Just ignore the topic and save everybody some aggro. Mind you, we might be responsible for some new aggro, but that's for another day :-)

The Andreas fault has cracked its way here, but Valerie's cake won't have cracked I'm sure. Beerqueen has been below, the sun shines there and here and all is well.

It isn't even worth to comment a post like that. it's been probably written by 12 years old who is watching football for 3-4 years and wants to see "sexy football" here, at the Bridge. But we tried everything to achieve that - Scolari, AVB, Ancelotti - and all of them failed(Carlo not exactly but was close). Jose Mourinho is our man. I will always support him. A person who really loves Chelsea. Yes he is responsible for that nightmare this season but I will always prefer him than the players. The maintain problem is the lack of chemistry between his way of winning and players' way of playing. He is born for conter attack, physically strong style with many fights on the pitch, with solid defense and very effective forwards. From these players only Dave, Ramires, Willian, Costa and Oscar are appropriate for that. Hazard, Fabregas, Pedro, Mata, De Brewin, Lukaku, Cuadrado, Baba, Luiz - they are all not. They have to improvise. to controll the ball, to dribble, to push themselves to maximum every fu**ing match.

The question is - who do you prefer - the legend Jose Mourinho or crybabies like Fabregas, Hazard and Pedro. For me there can be only one answer and I suppose you know it very well.

This thread is absolute sh*t! You don't sack a manager because of a few bad results. Some of you seriously wouldn't have lasted ten minutes if this was the 1960s, 1970s or 1980s.

Roman will surely have learnt from his lessons in the past that sacking managers doesn't help despite the short-term success that comes your way initially. This club doesn't need anymore instability that it didn't already experience for a number of years before Jose returned in June 2013.

From what I can recall over the years someone like Sir Alex Ferguson wasn't always delivering great results every season but he was always backed by the board and given time to stamp his authority over the squad.

Yes the current situation is concerning! We're not playing well and some of our key performers of last season are underachieving but it's clear that our hunger and desire has withered, other teams have done their homework on us tactically speaking, we've lost some influential figures in the dressing room such as Drogba and Cech, which means Terry is really our main leader at the club.

Don't be surprised if we're heavily involved in the transfer window in the January and next summer's transfer window as we go about making the necessary changes. Yes the summer transfer window was underwhelming but I don't think we envisaged so many players underachieving all at once.

As I said in another thread they almost seem hungover from what last season's extraordinary effort. I've seen this happen numerous times in all competitive sports so this isn't unheard of.

The worst thing we can do now is sack Jose and make this current situation ten times worse. I think after what he achieved last season he should be afforded the opportunity to redeem himself and fix this current mess.

Mourinho must go...because Valerie's cake is ready and he fancies a bit.

He should hurry. Go now and not wait another hour. That cake is delicious and won't last the day.

No, the OP is correct - Jose he must go - to a little stone cottage in Brittany, where I will teach him things he has only ever dreamt of....

Oh you're going to teach him English grammar!

Men, gardening. For some time the duchess had a yearning for two men, Llewelyn Bowen indoors and Diarmuid Gavin in the garden. She's not that taken with Jose, but can see the appeal.

She fancied Llewellyn Bower????? :shok:  She has you, and she hankered after HIM!!!!  Unbef**kinglievable!!

Although i can see that this is a ridiculous thread i can see that jose has made a long list of questionable decisions since coming back. My view is that the sales of mata, lukaku and de bruyne were poor decisions, we have made more poor and wasteful buys than good buys. We do however still have quality in our team, perhaps thanks to some good youth coming through, however jose chooses not to play any of them, he would rather play the same out of form players week in week out.

I haven't lost faith in jose yet, but if the situation doesn't improve soon and especially after the january transfer window i am afraid that i will probably be joining the club wanting to wave him out the door.
