September 28, 201510 yr Another completely unnecessary thread on the subject Agreed. Season ticket holder - and not once have I heard any mention of "Jose Out" at the bridge this season. The people who go week in week out are fully behind the team and it is just one or two on here that only want to pipe up when we are not winning. As Mourinho said last week, 3 months ago we were the best team in the country with the best manager. It's funny how short peoples memories can be. Also what would be the point in sacking Mourinho? We would just be going back to that period from 2007 to 2013 where we changed managers every half a season. There is no one in world football who would be readily available to take the job even if we were to sack him. Mourinho and Abramovich both seem to recognize this as well - all this talk of Mourinho building a legacy at Chelsea, well let's give him a chance to do it then! Rant over.
September 28, 201510 yr Another completely unnecessary thread on the subject I wasn't going to create it but I'm just sick of the boo boys on here. Someone with the powers that be feel free to delete the thread
September 28, 201510 yr Have people actually read the title? I'm calling for Mourinho to stay not go??
September 28, 201510 yr was up at Newcastle at the weekend, and was quite surprised at how many people were talking about josw getting sacked after the match. a load of folk who were in my carriage on the chels express back to london were having a long chat about it, and it seems that opinions are mixed. I want him to stay, but must admit that I find it infuriating that he is aware of who needs dropped, yet simply seems to refuse to do so. ivan ans fab have been rank rotten for the majority of this season so far,yet I'd wager the keys to my house on the fact that both will start our next PL game. jose needs to step up here and make some changes, as one thing is certain - this inconsistency cannot continue, and if it does then I'm fairly sure the board will act. not many fans would be happy with us being mid-table come January / February, and if he hasnt turned it around by the new year I'd expect there to be a change. hope it doesnt come to that, and I dont think it will
September 28, 201510 yr Have people actually read the title? I'm calling for Mourinho to stay not go?? I agree with you but the point's that are being made in here could just as easily be made in the anti- Jose forums
September 28, 201510 yr Another completely unnecessary thread on the subject At least it's positive and has tried to balance two negative threads set up by new members. I get what Haz139 has sought to do. Perhaps the mods will merge some threads, a pro Mou and an anti Mou then folk can choose to be with like minded.
September 28, 201510 yr it gives no reason for them to put up with him because the only thing that keep them floating is the wellness of the club and the club ain't doing well now.. ........I thought we came back from 2-0 away at a major bogey ground to 2-2 ..........we are not in the relegation zone, still in the Carling Cup , still in the champions league , still in the FA Cup ..............yep it's all gone tits up ...... and your previous comments about a manager who has won the league in 4 different countries and 3 European Cups only by scoring fluke and wonder goals based around a boring defence summed up your footballing knowledge .that is not a criticism but a fact. He must be the luckiest man alive to have got away with it for so long ....if Jose was available pretty much every major club in European football would be in interested ...can you see Brendan Rogers managing Bayern Munich ????? can you see Jose ???? think you will get the point .........it will all come good I am sure .........
September 28, 201510 yr I agree with you but the point's that are being made in here could just as easily be made in the anti- Jose forums agreed entirely but I wanted to stop those threads getting any bigger/ any more unwanted attention
September 28, 201510 yr The way I see it any serious talk of Jose going at such an early stage is either orchestrated by trolls on the wind up, or else numpties who haven't really got a clue.

The keyboard warriors on here are laughably out of touch. Mourinho has shown no signs of being able to get to grips with the problems besetting the team and is actually making things worse through his obsession with picking underperforming players.

Entirely agree, hopefully trolls, wums and numpties and their threads will be managed so as to maintain the quality of this forum.

September 28, 201510 yr The keyboard warriors on here are laughably out of touch. You will be surprised how many season ticket holders and regular match goers are on here ..............you are on an internet site available worldwide if that's not the debate you want maybe stick to chatting pre-match in the pub. September 28, 201510 yr I think there are a few on here who are being absolutely hung out to dry for voicing their opinions. that said, the manner in which said opinions are being voiced is perhaps a little bit knee-jerk and comes across almost aggressive. People are allowed to want mourinho to go, fair enough, but i think we could all do with a little chill time and some perspective. one concern i have is the fact that last season we did look pretty abject at times, but for the magic of hazard who was popping up with key goals and chance creation at CRUCIAL times. In addition, it was well documented that he was last season's "most fouled player", giving us advantages from set pieces and allowing us to slow the game where necessary and retain possession at critical times. This season, hazard is out of sorts, the referee's calls arent going for him, and without him firing on all cylinders we look like we did at times last season, only now we are lacking his magic. its a real worry for me that the core of the team seems to lack desire, drive, and at its most basic level, ideas. we get to the final third and then just look confused. square ball after square ball, and absolutely nobody on the pitch committing the full backs and dragging the opposition's back line out of shape. We are third bottom in the league for crosses played into the box from wide areas - that is a f**king abysmal stat, and all day long at newcastle we looked SO narrow, and ultimately predictable. changes are needed, and its all good and well jose coming out in the press saying he wants to make six changes. if thats the case, i want to see six changes for our next game in the prem. i do not want to see six changes for a champions league game, only to revert back to type for the league. that, for me, is f**king lazy and totally counterproductive. he rang the changes in our first CL group game only to pull in the tried and tested for the league, and again we got found out. its not good enough, and its time that he stuck to his guns and dropped some of the players who are performing badly. it simply needs to happen, as if we keep dropping points then we could find ourselves with a serious uphill battle to even get top four. changes are a must.
September 28, 201510 yr You will be surprised how many season ticket holders and regular match goers are on here ..............you are on an internet site available worldwide if that's not the debate you want maybe stick to chatting pre-match in the pub. fair enough - I'm a season ticket holder. However, I haven't seen any debate on here, more people not even wanting to discuss the problems in the team.
September 28, 201510 yr Strange thread, I wondered what he meant by it a few times but reading here every other post just seams to say "Carrots, Lettuce, Spinach, Beetroot, Tomato, and CELERY". I can now see what Mayosnoun means...Word Salad .
September 28, 201510 yr Isn't it about time all this threads we're merged? stick them under the title " read this at the end of the season to see what a waste of bandwidth it was"
September 28, 201510 yr I saw a few suggestions on this thread that Jose may have lose the dressing room. I don't know about that but as a less frequent visitor these days, when I see an abundance of threads like this, I have concerns that we may have lost the ShedEnd ;). Good to see a few of the old regulars here still applying some sanity to proceedings. I will try to come back more regularly.

Chelsea, having 1 of the best squad in the world, are 15th in the table, just 3 places above relegation zone with all sorts of negative stats to date in case ya're missing them.. if that's not enough to suggest the club ain't doing well then ya must be trolling.. shame on ya.. Ya only mentioned fluke and wonder goals while pretty sure I had more an expansive list than that and weren't those 2 factors exactly what happened in the newcastle game, ramires wonder goal and willian fluke goal? and I have no idea why ya bringing brendan and bayern into it, while it's true I can't see him managing munich, I'm afraid for ya that the same thing applies to jose.. It's well documented that their boards don't quite fancy jose's style, both his manager style and human style.. poor attempt i might say.. should have used PSG there, that's some football knowledge of ya..
September 28, 201510 yr It's September! Shearer said don't write us off, as he's qualified folk will take heed.
