WC 2018

I miss how for a previous tournament (Euros? WC? can't remember) players folded their arms in front of them for the pre-match line-up presentation. Oh the fun we had comparing the timing of the players' movement, and how butch or not they looked. Putting their arms behind their backs is so lame.

Took 24 minutes before Colombia had a 30 second possession spell in the England half, someone better remind them this is the World cup.

What is the point of Henderson? He doesn't want to get on the ball, and when he does he just passes it straight back to where it came from. And he does nothing in terms of protecting the defence.

Looks great in a Liverpool set up, but in the England team he exposed as bang average.

Pep Southgate's project is a bit woeful. We don't have the players for the style, and he isn't a master tactician

Harry Kane dropped very deep just there to do the job Henderson should be doing ie taking the ball off the defence, turning and moving it upfield quickly.
