Agreed but some will say we should take that 50 mil and put it towards a world class player.  Personally I like adding these 2, will allow for Alvaro to get a rest in the Prem and increases our depth for CL coincidentally.  By Dzeko being able to start a PL game here and there, it will keep Alvaro fresh for our run in with Barca.

Agreed, the double transfer makes a lot of sense and will make the squad look much more capable of competing for all trophies.

I know I’d rather have Dzeko than Batshuayi for the mid week matches, same with Emerson and Kennedy.

Yeah I think this is gonna happen, just a case of fine tuning the finances.

Edin wanted to make sure he's not going to be 'bench player' and apparently he and Morata are gonna split the minutes in PL while Morata ofcourse gets all of CL as Edin can't play cl anymore this season.

Can't wait to se him in blue !

All he's gotta do is give it his all, Morata is in bad form so he couldn't be coming in at a better time.

What I hope is him pushing Morata and Morata pushing him gives both great form and it would be great to see them get on the pitch together.

Think this will be good deal if it goes through, hopefully then bringing Tammy back next year to start to integrate him into the side

My thoughts exactly, suddenly we could be really strong in the centre forward line, something we haven't been for years. Not since we had Drogba, Anelka and Sturridge.

I'm certain it's going to be as you wrote. They're both good guys, I personaly know Dzeko family and I know that Edin is well raised man, he never had an excess in his career, and Morata... It's enough just to look at his face :D whenever I see him I think he's still a virgin haha

It’s ok, because he’s signing in January we’ll offer 1.5!

We really need to evaluate that bollocks. End of the day 30 these days isn’t the peak like it was years ago. 

This guy will take moratas spot imo...if they can play together having a big physical attacking presence like Edin improves us immensely exactly what we needed. Guys a tough sob I’ve always liked him

Would be the first time we had 2 decent strikers since Drogs and Anelka, even if he is 31 he was deadly from what I saw in the CL, the form city are in and sanchez to utd however, we will need way more to come in the summer, take Haz out this team, which is possible in the summer unfortunately, and we aren't much to look at in the context of elite teams. 

Also note a trend in our transfer policy, if a player scores against us in the CL we buy him, willian, salah, pedro, luiz again..dzeko?

Also, I hate this 30 + 1 year contract thing.  30 really isn't that old, and you still should be around your peak.  33-34+ I would agree with 1 year deals, but refusing to give anything more than a year just because they are 30 or 31 is stupid.
