Have to agree and don't think he'll ever succeed here, for me he just isn't good enough and people are blinded by their desire to see a youngster make it through that they just don't see it. We should be doing everything in our power to make sure CHO and Ampadu make the first team, they have a much higher ceiling and it will be a disgrace imo if at least Ampadu doesn't make it 

There is just something about RLC that when he does get the opportunity for Chelsea or England he just doesn't perform anywhere near to his supposed potential.

He could do with a loan but one to the lower reaches of league with seasoned professionals who have had to battle to  irk a living from the game. His lack of intensity in overall play will prevent him from reaching his potential. A rocket up his jacksy is required.

It's crazy how quickly things change in football. Spain were mediocre in the world cup, Croatia at their peak, 2 months later and Spain are destroying Croatia.

I also suspect that Croatia did not take this competition seriously whereas Spain must excel/do very well in order to redeem themselves. Also, Enrique put a lot of direct football/verticality in Spain's way of playing so that they're much better now than they were at the WC.

At least the seats are multi coloured, it's less obvious they're empty 

one of the worst games of football I've seen this year....not worth playing if this is the 'international standard' these days...England are slower than the 2nd coming.

DOn't know why i'm watching this, incredibly dull.

Ridiculous decision by UEFA to play the match behind closed doors three years after the indiscretion. The two matches should have been played in front of a crowd but with all gate receipts going to charity, the Jewish holocaust society of something similar. Chance missed by UEFA to educate the crowd.

Rashford performing a Morata in front of goal..what a miss.  ....and yet another miss by Rashford..

When I was living in the UK I might go and watch the odd international...but seeing this sh*te, I wouldn't waste my money.   Whether its the lack of atmosphere or what I don't know but this is dross by both teams.

Hopefully he can recover by next week.....Barkley has hardly impressed tonight...but there again the entire England team has been dross.  Barkley looked a bit lost tonight and whereas playing for us he would turn and face towards goal, he's been going sideways and backwards.   

What a waste of time that was.

If I hadn't seen the line-up, I wouldn't have known he was on the pitch for at least the first 30 minutes.
