If I was the free kick taker I’d be raging that’s gone as an OG. The deflection was minimal and it was definitely going on target. I thought by the rules it should go to the original striker of the ball as it was on target?

Freaks me out every time he takes a penalty but he never misses, brilliant!

I think you are correct. It may get changed. It was the slightest of touches.

Own goal is the most idiotic prehistoric rule of the game. Should get rid of it. No need to mark a player because usually you can't help but reflect it in the own goal.

One thing I've noticed is that when defending set pieces it's usually always Tammy when we are scoring goals, it's coming through his set piece defending.

I assume you mean the late flag? In Europe, It’s so if he was onside and scored they could overturn it otherwise they’d be stuck with the wrong decision because the game would stop before he put it in.

Kovacic is on it tonight again, superb.
