Imagine if an outfield player threw himself into a tackle like Ederson did there.

Ederson absolutely cleans out the Rbl player and the ref gives a foul the other way. Nowhere near the ball flying through the air

This game is approaching bent referee levels of bs

The ref has been the difference. Needs investigating 

Just like the fulham game on the weekend exactly as I expected this to go, so that is why I already talked about City being through and a potential draw in the QF for us.

The bloke is such a twat. Never seen a player who would rather dive than try and score a goal more than him. Never gets called out for it by the English media though and is a horrible example to kids watching the game today.

Werner is terrible. The attacker waited and waited for him to get back onside before playing the ball and he still got caught offside.

Leipzig are such an ordinary team when you take away Nkunku and Gvardiol. Some clubs just sh*t themselves when City lineup the way they do (inverted fullbacks). Leipzig are no exception.

Terrible game this. Leipzig's tactics have been suicidal, it was only going to go one way. The only way it doesn't end 6-0 is if City decide to slow the game down and save energy.

Just the three goals for Haaland so far. If he gets two more in the second half, his tally for the season will be the same as our entire squad LOL.

Going to need the footballing gods to help us out Friday. 

Avoiding Bayern, Napoli, and City would be incredible. Even better if they are in a different bracket than ours. 

Watching the replay at half time I'm actually enraged at the penalty decision. The ball doesn't change its trajectory in the slightest, and it's two inches away from the header's origin. 

It's a scandalous decision, a truly disgusting and outrageous interference of var. And a reason to investigate city and the refs.

City I feel will draw us or the winners of Porto/Inter

 

If I were to guess at the full draw I would go with:

 

Bayern vs Real

City vs Chelsea

Benfica vs Napoli

AC Milan vs Inter/Porto

I hope Inter make it through, from an intrigue point of view I feel the best ties would be

 

AC vs Inter (Milan derby in a CL QF? Yes please)

Benfica vs Chelsea (Enzo going right back to the side that felt they could win the CL with him? Atmosphere would be electric)

Real vs City (Pep against his arch rivals, the team with the most CL wins vs his City that have yet to win it)

Bayern vs Napoli (favorites vs the dark horses)

The handball rule is a farce now. Tonight's wasn't a penalty. Our penalty against Dortmund should never have been one. Liverpool's at the weekend equally never a penalty.

The handball rule was always managed badly but amazingly they've managed to make it worse.

Bundesliga shown up again. One of their most in form teams (Dortmund) beaten by mid table Chelsea and now this. No wonder why Bayern have won it 10 times in a row. It's hard to tell where each league is at right now in terms of quality.

It's actually getting to the point now where Europe is basically just Premier League vs Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.
