From another angle when Willian blocks the shot arguably Fulham have another chap on the line, could not tell from the replays yet if so a yellow and not a Red.

However you can't mishandle the ref and Bruno has a  charmed life.

BTW also thought Tarkowski should have been booked yesterday another with a charmed life for me.

Can't see how that's relevant. Handball on the line is a guaranteed red these days. Happened to Reece James at Anfield (with Taylor as ref), even though it hit his thigh first.

Fulham have thrown this one. Mitrovic is a twat, don't know how it's any different than Ferdnandes pushing the ref the other day though.

Erm. Hard to think of a reason why he got away with that.

He's got a bit of quality in him, but he blows too hot and cold, lacks a good temperament and doesn't have much football intelligence. Good players turn their aggression and anger into good performances, he just losses his head.

Fernandez is by the most despicable and nasty c**t in the PL since Suarez(no wonder both of them look similar). It gives me immeasurable joy to see him suffer on the field like he did in the WC loss to Morocco and the Pool 0-7 hammering. He has a vile temperament and would love to see someone kick the sh*t out of him.

Speculation that the Glazers are about to accept the bid from Qatar.

Will help them, with ETH at the helm, to get back to the top imo.

American owners can delivers the odd trophy (arsenal) a couple of top titles but nothing substantial (Liverpool) or fail miserably (United) but we have yet to see any dominate like City do or we did under Roman.

With Newcastle, City and soon United having investors with bottomless pits of money that don't care about making profit the league title will prove very hard to get too imo.

Arsenal best take this chance, they may be the last side outside of those 3 to win it for some time imo.

Well until another rich country comes along. Maybe they could buy Southampton and make them a superpower, just for Munks sake.

If City get hammered over all those FFP charges , maybe that will mean clubs have to limit spending to comply with the limits that are set ?

I know we got a head start before FFP came into place, so it's never really bothered me if others have tried to catch up by various means.

But our latest record spending and subsequent dreadful form  gives a lie to anyone who says we are " buying success" 😄😄😄

What happens to all the home grown talent in this country?  I became an FA coach last year with my son's U7 team... we invariably play teams with academy kids in across SW London, and as much as we all love seeing superstar European players, I can't believe that we don't have a sufficient talent pool in the UK.. The England team are scratching around for left footed players and I'm scratching my head

Always said the same. This country is football mad, but our club and others spends millions on overseas players from completely different leagues playing in a way that is nothing like EPL.

Then they have to adapt to a different culture and language.

I can't believe that we haven't got the talent at home. Fair play for coaching the kids mate, I'm originally from SW London myself, so good luck .

I hope they take the end of season break in to consideration when handing out the suspension to Mitrovic.

Whatever they plan on doing, add 3 months to cover that.

Or just ban him for a year. That would save messing around.

75 years old !

Made me want to look up the records for oldest PL managers ... Woy improves on his own record apparently !

Next oldest was Bobby Robson, and then Ferguson, with Warnock and Ranieri rounding out the Top 5. Gus Hiddink in 6th apparently, from his second stint as our caretaker.

f**k hell , Fulham and the Serb facing a load of FA charges.

Silva charged with chucking a water bottle at an official too.

Media seemed to think Fulham should be thrown to the wolves for this.

Seems over reaction to me.

I think Mitrovic should get a six match ban and Silva a 5 match ban though is looking like they might be banned for the rest of the season.

I think it is going to be heavy because the FA Cup gets shown around the world and the FA don't want allegations of corrupt refs aired in a such a public manner.

Of course it’s an overreaction, but Fulham are the perfect club for them to get tough with. Wouldn’t happen with MU or L’pool.

I think this has been brewing for a while now and it’s all the fault of either weak refs or more likely weak FA not giving the backing.
For years now players have been surrounding refs now over the simplest decisions and giving them dogs abuse. (thinking about Rooney days).

The refs have all the power here, simple,  1 warning, yellow card, still here!! Red card. Start maybe getting a few players sent off for dissent over the one incident would bring a bit of respect. Would refs get the backing from the FA, I’m not so sure.

I have noticed more and more recently since VARs introduction over penalty decisions. The defenders surround the ref while the decision is being made, decision giving a penalty will have them upping the protests. When all calms down goalkeepers then start their f**king about walking back and forward to the ball etc. Everyone knows that when the decision is made it will not be changed and all this is gameplay to put off pen taker.
If a ref was to start making these decisions he may have 3/4 sendings off in his first few matches but after that there would be a lot less decent.

No doubt the FA will bang on about ref protection over this Fulham incident but they are weak, they have the tools to protect themselves so f**king use them and put these prima donas back in there place.

Agree. Like Suarez, a very talented player (although does tend to go missing in the biggest games) but a horrible personality on the field.

The thing that is annoying me the most with this Mitrovic situation is the bullsh*t excuses for Ferdandes. People keep saying that he only pushed the ref and then walked off.......well, that alone should be enough for a red card, but why are they ignoring the rest of his behaviour that day? The dive for the penalty, constantly swearing at the ref, whinging at the ref, he spent the whole game doing what Mitrovic did after he was sent off. I'm sick of the bullsh*t excuses they find for the likes of United and Liverpool. Every single season it's always those two clubs where the rules are not applied evenly.
