And like someone mentioned in his thread, he is probably at his peak so this is as good as it gets.
October 18, 2025Oct 18 Daydreaming about the day we sign Daniel Muñoz (or anyone else) and get rid of Gusto. How can he have such a poor judgement to get a 2nd yellow card at 3-0 up in the 85th minute?

I mean we have had a few red cards of late. I am not so bothered if it means that our young inexperienced players are showing a bit of passion. Even our young inexperienced manager showed a bit of passion last week, which is the best thing he has done in a long while.
October 19, 2025Oct 19 All round game yesterday was poor especially his passing, when under no serious pressure.

We’d easily get £75 million for him and he might want to maximise his earnings on what might be the biggest contract of his career.Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

How many deals outside of the Premier League have been for 75m or more. From what I have seen, later than say 2020 and for 75m or above it is:Jude Bellingham to Real Madrid - £88.5mHarry Kane to Bayern Munich - £86.4mNeymar to Al-Hilal - £77.6mIs he keeping that company, I doubt it. Other than Saudi Bayern Munich are the only ones that will occasionally flex. Real Madrid will wait for free transfers.Who then, in the PL would pay that sort of money. No way he replaces Salah, Arsenal are sorted, Man City don't spend that sort of dough currently, Man Utd would be wary after the Antony debacle. Really leaves either Newcastle or Spurs and I am still not convinced that they would buy him either.I think Saudi is the likeliest what with the current Portuguese presence.
October 21, 2025Oct 21 Alvarez to Athletico was £80 million if I remember correctly. I think there is a possibility they’d be interested but I agree Saudi or the EPL is most likely.I’d say Tottenham, Man Utd, and maybe Villa if we still want Rodgers from them. As it stands Madrid and Bayern are probably out but that could change depending on who leaves them in the summer. Talk about Vini moving and Olise possibly moving g back to the EPL and they may send Jackson back.Having said all that he will probably end up signing a 6 year contract extension.

No club in world football (other than us) is paying £75m for 4 league goals a year.

October 21, 2025Oct 21 I'm confused, £75m for Gusto? Who on earth is going to pay that amount of money for him?

Jackson if Bayern buy him will cost more than £70 million. Wissa is 29 and cost £52 million. We can both point to other sales to back up our claimsI’ll tell you what…. Why don’t we have a couple of bets with the proceeds going back into the Shedend? If Neto is sold whoever is furthest away from a final price pays £50 into the Shedend coffers. You’ve said £40 million and I’ve said £75 million. We could also have a bet on how many goals he scores this season. I think he’ll get 9 and you’ve said 4. Whoever is furthest away from his league goal tally pays another £50.No hassle if you do t want to, just thought it might be a way of raising a few bob?

October 21, 2025Oct 21 The only way Neto goes for £75m is if BlueCo buy him from Chelsea Football Club, and in that scenario we'll probably be talking eight figures once Eghbali swings his oversized bo**ocks into the negotiation !Meanwhile, Gusto is still a crap midfielder LOL

Jackson isn't going for £70m, Hoeness has confirmed as much. Wissa scored more league goals last season than Neto has scored in his entire 9 and a half year professional career and still went for 23M less than what you think Neto is worth. You're proving my point here.Or a better idea, we both donate £50 to The Shed at the end of the year anyway and then when Neto finally leaves, whenever that may be, we can just be happy?

I don’t agree but opinions are like arseholes. Everyone has one.
November 4, 2025Nov 4 Seen reports the club want to extend his contract. Quick question, why? He's undoubtedly been the worst performer the past 12 months and he's being rewarded for that? Comes across as a player with little IQ and I can't see him getting better, let alone under Maresca. It's even more strange when Doue at Strasbourg looks significantly better than Gusto.
