I caved on Saturday and bought a JT one, never got one whilst he was playing for us as didn't want to jinx it and make him leave!  what sold it was the legends patch on the sleeve though as it was a nice Vialli memento too

anyone else having problems with shipping from the megastore site?

I ordered mine on 31 August. 2 orders. Still not shipped (estimated delivery was 3 days ago). Just chatted using live chat to agent - Was told:

"Your order has still not been dispatched due to a processing delay at our warehouse.

If you wish to wait, we can offer you a refund of your delivery costs.

Unfortunately, no delivery date has been confirmed yet.

I ordered some stuff in 2 batches last month, and both were shipped quickly.

I cancelled the home shirt with them cause they really took the piss! Everyone was getting them but yet they told me to wait a few weeks after the estimated delivery date, not mentioning that you pay for 2-4 day shipping at the time of order. It's a pre-sale at the store, but you can walk into the local JD sport to get one before they've even thought about sending it. Looks to be the same happening on the 3rd shirt too!

The megastore must have a secret warehouse somewhere in Germany for the continental orders. Just after Brexit I had to pay customs duties on my orders, but since a year or so there are no such extra costs and the order arrives quickly (BTW the third kit I ordered through Nike NL, got it in 2 days).

Anyone had an issue with the new plastic badge on the home shirt? Badge seems to have started curling up already. Don't understand why they wouldn't just embroidery them.

No problems so far despite being laundered about 3 times til now. But I agree on the material.

I ask because a dhgate one has done the same, so seems generally a badge problem! Doesn't surprise me with the sh*tshow lately really, they can't even get a badge on a shirt properly!

I like the simplicity of the unbranded shirt, but I'm not a fan of synthetic materials, so have instead gone for a couple of similarly aesthetic 100% cotton T-Shirt options : The Core T-Shirt and the 1970 Retro Shirt.

Have you tried the old towel over badge and iron back on trick? Used to work when sponsors etc. started peeling off. 

It’s a real shame we won’t be lifting any silverware in these kits because outside of the away it’s the best set of kits we’ve had in a long time, partially down to the lack of sponsor but NIKE have generally made a good looking set…. Quality leaves a lot to be desired mind.

That’s what I was thinking when watching the legends game, seeing JT, Essien and co wearing the kit and lifting that charity trophy, was a good look! 

It’s the kind of kit you’d want to be made iconic through silverware, so typical really.
