our players look so lost and despondent on the bench , end of season cant come quick enough.

With a proper manager, a proper level of fitness, a focal point of the attack and a commanding keeper to spread confidence in the back line, there is definitely more than enough quality in these kids.

If we were watching Hall, Carney, maybe Madueke and Enzo in that Brighton team last night we'd be purring over them.

We definitely have all of the parts, they are just in a horrible condition and not linked together at all.

We have most of the parts not ALL of the parts. As you point out a proven goal-scorer/ focal point and a top quality keeper have to be brought in.

Pochettino is going to be some coach to turn this lot around with 3/4 different people not able to. We talk about selections and formations but a manager can’t help their decisions, control, passing, shooting and individual mistakes.

In the real world they would find it hard to get work or be sacked!

He will at least have a Summer with the players and that will help formulate which players will deliver for him.

We can't expect too much until we know who is coming and going.

I believe he wants to strengthen our core, Keeper, DM and striker though that will depend on other comings and going re FFP

Manager can make that difference if he knows what he’s doing. Unfortunately the once’s we have had barring Tuchel have been sh*te

I'm admittedly one of the few that want Pulisic to stick around under Pochettino. I still believe there is quality there under the right management. 

I actually don’t think that we’re that bad. We just need a couple of players, striker and keeper, waiting to see if Santos and Casadei will cut it, from being a solid team. And a good manager to develop these players and make them play like a team. And I think that Pochettino will get us going next season.
