I agree, this Ange meltdown has thrown this one into doubt. It depends on how they react. They could go out and finish strong to send a message or they could all down tools and completely throw it.

That said, the above is reliant on us winning both of our last games, which I can see a draw in there to be honest.

I can definitely see us losing both tbh. But I think we're on such a high right now I think that will be the edge against two teams with nothing to play for.

The if he gets 5th how the hell would he have pulled that off.

Sheff United get replaced by Real Madrid and Spurs don't notice.

Even 6th surprised me. I mentioned ages ago that getting 6th would require a level of consistency we haven’t seen all season and he’s delivered.

It also shouldn’t have fans lower their standards given with the right coaching this is a very good team.

So many talking like with have Europa League in the bag.

For one we need to not lose to Bournemouth at home, and we have lost to them a few times at the Bridge, and for another if United fulfill ETH promise and win the cup 6th place gers Conference league.

I'm not one to count my chickens but ETH hasn't shown promise and the majority of Utd fans want him out. 73% on Red Cafe. It would be a major upset for Utd to win the cup. I just can't see it.

I was thinking this just now actually, this is the first time this season I have felt confident about us getting Europe and that scares the sh*t out of me! It would be very on trend of our club under Clearlake to throw this away having worked ourselves into the position of being favourites ahead of Newcastle and United.

That said, I though Brighton would have been the beginning of that meltdown and we put in a decent showing so here's to hoping!

It'll be a straight forward match. Still saying Forrest would be our toughest of the remaining fixtures.

What we don't need is United doing a miracle but if you've watched their defending these past several weeks, City will win convincingly.

They should, however they should have beaten relegated Wigan as well.

We need to draw or, preferably, beat Bournemouth first to ensure that we have the Conference League. From there on, if City wins the Cup as it would be more likely, we go to the Europa League and it is a bonus. I'm not confident this Sunday but we'll see.

Well done to those who believed we could get 6th, you guys were right and I was wrong.

@justI told you Sheff United are sh*t.

So Europa comes down to City beating United in the cup final.
