No love for Newcastle yet great to see Arteta take a hammering it used to happen to us a lot with fixture congestion and big matches coming in waves so lets see what he blames it on.

It underlines how difficult it actually is to win trophies that Newcastle last won a major domestic trophy (FA Cup) in 1955 - the same year we won our first top division title. 

Will be one hell of a party if they manage to get over the line this time !

Very impressive from howe and his team.

Certainly helps having man mountain defenders like Schar, Botman and Burn. Tino is not short either. You could play burn at LB and that has to be one of, if not the, tallest possible backline in the PL.

I cannot be bothered to look up how much Newcastle paid for them, but I would guess we could have got them for the fees we paid for mudryk and Nico.

Not sure if they fit in to our pay structure though.

Would be interested to see the breakdown as to who missed those 32 chances. Over half by Nico I would guess.
