They do have a lot of injuries and their best player Son looks out of form. I would not be surprised if this is his last season there.

Like others I think Liverpool will win the League Cup and do the double this season.

The final should be decent against Newcastle and I would prefer them to win though doubt they will.

Man Utd keep finding new lows. They haven't shown up at all and just aren't bothered.

Leicester seem intimidated by how easy it is, constant sloppy balls, even the goal was incredibly messy,

Utd need someone that can dribble past their man and break a line of defence, playing it safe almost as though frightened of giving the ball away.

Amorin wants them to play his way, there is an argument that good managers play a system that suits the bulk of their best players.

 

 

 

I think Mainoo is good but since Amorim has pushed him forward it always feels like Man Utd are one player short in attack. Fernandes and Diallo are the magic men right now - put them where they need to be to make the difference going forward.

Linesmen get most of the decisions correct usually, get rid of VAR and suddenly they can err again in favour of Manure.

This is what happens with United when there is no VAR, they get the decisions. Everybody hates VAR, but this is why it's important. As usual, I will say what I always say, the system is not the problem, it's the officials. They've done everything they can to make it look sh*t.

No way a linesman could possibly get that wrong accidentally. He is literally looking straight down the line. Impossible not to see that.

I don't hate the video-ref system, it's good, it helps protect attackers. If VAR had been in use in the 80's as it should have been, M van Basten would have played in his 30's in all probability. J-P Papin would have been better to watch on Football Italia too.

I recall Coventry getting done over for an "offside" legend status winner. But Maguire is two yards off and the linesman can't see it? 

Refs are bent, we all know it...

All the media talk is about there being no VAR, but all the talk should be about how bent this was. This is so ridiculous that it is beyond a mistake.
