Pleased for Newcastle and Eddie Howe. Just hope they go on to lift the trophy, whether it's the dippers or Spurs they play. Proper atmosphere last night - as it should be for a semi final and great to see Arsenal having no answers and their much heralded defenders getting bossed by a proper striker. Oh what a difference we would see if we had a player like Isak up front instead of Jackson.

The league is so unpredictable this season. Newcastle get battered by Bournemouth at home, lose to Fulham at home, but beat Arsenal who recently battered City. This league is schizo. 

Number of factors fixture congestion and a number of tough opponents coming one after the other and then the injuries, we seem to see more injuries than say a decade ago.

Liverpool so far seem immune.

Tammy brace and Joao at the death for the other Milan side last night in a 3-1 win.

THAT'S how you defend a 2-0 lead. Go after the opposition.

And the suicidal playing out from the back tactic gifts a goal to the opposition yet again..

Dunno why Chelsea fans are angry about a team playing against Spurs not going down to 10 men ? I don't care if VAR, refs, officials etc give everything in Liverpool's favour as long as Spurs don't get to the final.

And I hope Newcastle get every decision in the final whoever gets through tonight

Liverpool will get everything their way in the final if they get there, they always do. I think Tottenham would lose to Newcastle anyway. I also don't want Liverpool to win a quadruple.

That was inevitable.

If we do everything too slow, then Tottenham do everything too fast. They don't do anything to slow the oppositions momentum, they just go all out. It's no surprise that half of their team keeps getting injured.
