Because we are a lot more direct in attack, we get a bit more out of him. He made a big error when we went 3-0 up though. Panicked and rushed to the Brighton attacker and left us badly exposed when he just needed to contain. We need Palestra and Chavarria on the pitch, wing backs that have a more natural understanding of the defensive game.

Watching back he made a mistake but that should not lead to a goal.

Everyone switched off for the quick throw in , Rodger’s had no urgency to stop the quick throw and Colwil is just tragic and it’s not like he was any different before injury he was just as erratic and error prone.

I don't think the mistake was that bad and to be honest we already messed up before he did that and there was lots after that could have been done to prevent it.

Had a good game overall imo.

Alonso left the door open for his sale by refusing to confirm if he was staying beyond the window.

Way too harsh on Colwill, our best defender before the injury and back end of last season when he came back you saw the immediate step up in quality

Absolute liability defensively but then he’s a winger not a full back so…

I think he did well considering Alonso basically didn't play a midfield. Should have also had a wicked assist but he made sure everybody knew it.

I will repeat, I think he is extremely underrated. If a big offer comes in then I guess yes I would understand why but other than that he is no way near as bad as people make him out on here. He will put in a shift and actually makes decent returns and as we can see can play in different positions. He needs to cut out the selfish acts though. He skipped past their fullback with ease second half and could have passed it but he shot it and went out wide. Really pissed me off but other than for that for a player who we are possibly looking to move on, he played very well.

He’s frustrating player because it looks like he can and should do more but falls short which is why the fan base sometimes gets on him

Like when he got the best of the Brighton full back and just smacked the ball into the side netting. My biggest complaint with Neto is that he always has his head down. He never looks up, so he never knows where his teammates are.

Never been a massive fan of Neto but attacking wise, Alonso does seem to be getting the best out of him. I won't be too upset if he does leave, but happy for him to stay as a handy squad player and 100% prefer to see him playing over Gusto.

Won’t be surprised if we get a last offer from Arsenal for him. They are very thin on options having gotten rid of Martinelli, Trossard, Jesus, Vieira, Nelson & Nwaneri, and only bringing in Tzolis.

I was half expecting an offer for Mudryk, seeing as we gazumped them initially to sign him 😎

cant see Neto leaving, unless an Arab team comes in for him
