Let's be fair, our group A opponents are very tough, as they should be. However we have 2 tricky teams (Napoli and Benfica), 2 average teams (Atalanta and cleaning solutions fc) and two poor teams our reserves should be playing.

No excuses for not at least getting a playoff spot, imo. Comes down to what we get against benfica and Napoli for me.

Most definitely. Bayern feels the hardest in our group, Barca is hit and miss, Napoli is tricky because Conte is annoying, the rest we can pretty much beat comfortably so long as nobody makes a f**k up

I've no idea how this works and can't be bothered to work it out to be honest, so I will just wait until it's complete.

We beat the opponents scheduled against us. Then we compare ourselves with the table

Not yet decided what order we face them in. That is the fixture comparisons graph not schedule.

Nobody has it easy anymore, but I do think ours looks tougher than a lot of the other big European teams.

Top 8 will be tough, but to qualify for the last 16 playoffs, 3 wins and 2 draws was enough last season. So that should be the minimum target.

Would be a massive failure if we don't beat Pafos, Qarabag and Clean Solution FC. Those are FC Cogenhagen, Real Betis level, opponents.

Add to that Atalanta and Benfica (as they are at home) and our minimum should be 5 wins.

Barca, Bayern and Napoli (as we are away) are forgivable if we don't win, I don't demand we win those ones but the other 5 no excuses.

Funny how the English teams outside of pot 1, spurs Newcastle and Arsenal, all got easier draws than us, city and Liverpool.

Not sure this automated system is working fairly

its fixed by a computer

having 3 english teams in pot 1 didnt help, you could only draw 2 out of the remaining 5 teams,

Happy with that.

4 wins minimum and we will have European football post Xmas. If we can’t get 12 points from that then we’ll deservedly go out.

I think we will finish top 8.

Liverpool showed last year it might not be best to finish top, there is bound to be a couple of big teams going into the playoffs

Does anyone actually think teams we have to face are looking forward to playing us after what we did to PSG????

These games might be easier than PL due teams not parking the double decker. Our issue is generally against teams who sit deep.

I can probably think these teams are pissing their pants having to face us.

Well, put a massive gold target in the middle of our shirts its highly likely the scrupulously clean Uefa Committee will find a way of bringing us back down to earth
