Still feel we may need an extra body in the squad as I want James to stay at RB.Honestly hilarious we can predict their every move at this rate.
January 28Jan 28 So if we cut through the club bullsh*t and media briefings to these 'in the know' social media commentators our business at this final week of the transfer window is as follows:Signed - Yisa Aloa (17 yo signed signed for our academy from cash strapped Sheff Wed)Sold - Leo Castledine (Loan at Huddersfield cut short and sold to Middlesbrough for a "six figure sum")Loan Returns In - Kiano Dyer, Teddy Sharman-Lowe, Caleb Wiley (UK loans with no alternatives yet), David Datro Fofana, Aaron Anselmino (International loans with no alternatives yet)Loan Returns Out - Facundo Buonanotte I'm not sure if I have missed anyone but that is some stellar moving and shaking by our Sporting Directors. Its times like these that these guys really earn their corn. Bit like the set piece coach who's only attacking corner routine is get Reece Jsmes to dink it to the near post.
January 28Jan 28 Perfect window to bring in 2 good CB, sell off Disasi, Badiashile, tons of youth we don't need and cut off Sterling. Our SD won't do any of that though

January 28Jan 28 We need - in my humble opinion - an experienced CB - we have some decent young CBs already and we have Chalboah who is a great squad player to have (though maybe not a first teamer). We just need that CB. For me that CB would be Bastoni - soon to be a very ancient 27. left sided CB - but he can play on the right. He can hit a long pass forward.
January 28Jan 28 Chelsea 'close in on double transfer' with Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City to miss outChelsea are reportedly set to win the race for an exciting double transfer.(DONT GET TO EXCITED)Rangers left-back Ashton Scally and Hearts midfielder Boyd Fraser are the players in question, according to The Sun. Both aged 15, they have reportedly attracted the interest of several Premier League clubs over the course of this season.Chelsea, however, are in pole position to snap up the duo after beating the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and City in the race for their signatures.
January 28Jan 28 I think that means we're throwing much more money at it than the other teams were prepared to pay.

We paid (relatively) a lot of money for kids like Kakuta, Christensen, Gokhan Tore, the Musonda brothers etc. versus the generation that spawned Mount/Abraham/Tomori/James/Chalobah/Gallagher etc.It looks like the new owners are reverting to the same strategy that we had under Emenalo.

February 1Feb 1 So once again, they spent all month pump faking every single target, only to sign no one. Carbon copy of last January. Can’t wait for the PR spin on this one. Let’s all remember last years. “Happy with our players. We did the ground work to strengthen in the summer”.

The only player to leave beat them hands down and they had to pay him off.
