We should be aiming to retain the title first and foremost. We should also look to perform well in the CL, though I wouldn't favour it over the premier league (yet). We should keep the squad competitive. Always look to improve the balance and competition for places. They don't necessarily have to be world class shirt sellers, the right players for the right positions. Good footballing coaches know this.

Bats was back in the gym saturday morning, surely he will start. I can imagine Ake and Chalobah/RLC to as well. Probably see Kante back in action.

Just read the article, think it was more about making a point on the bonuses/acting like they have already won it than resting up for the last couple. They were also going for 100 points. I think, if he believes the players can come in and we can still win the remaining game/s, he will swap the squad a little. I can see Chalobah, Ake, Zouma, Willian, Bats and possibly RLC getting some starts. Nothing too drastic, they've all played this year. Doubt we will see Kenedy or Solanke. I'm not sure if he would be opposed to giving someone from the youth team a debut either, seems like a decent reward to give young players and keep them committed especially after they have been so successful again. Ugbo? Sterling? Chalobah (Trevor)?

It is not unforeseeable that Tony Pulis gets a result this Friday and Watford surprise everyone and we are left to stop Borini from bagging a hat trick against us on the final day.

There will certainly be crowd violence incidents. But it will go ahead in my opinion. Anyone watch that doco on BBC a few months back, Russian Hooligan Army? Essentially, these guys aren't just football thugs supporting their team and beating each other, they are fighters first, football fans never. They don't drink, they train, they keep in shape and much like the incidents in France, they show up to beat the sh!t out of British people. There are always a lot of riot police at Russian games and there will undoubtedly be more for the WC. But you can't have riot police on every inch of the fan zones as it will ruin the spectacle, and that's where incidents will happen.

I don't think that Ibra one is correct

Yeah I think what threw me early was that he's not a true athlete, so he looks slower and weaker than he needs to be. However his technique, as someone said earlier in the season he's from a very technically gifted family and school of football, is absolutely incredible. Full credit to him for getting the performances he has for large parts of this season.
