This is still Wenger we're talking about here.  They would never splash that kind of cash without having made a major sale first.  I think he's gone.
 
The question remains - what to do about our striker situation?   Both Belotti and Morata are unproven commodities to me with a huge price tag, but out of the two, I'd rather have a fighter like Belotti who Conte can make into a stud.
Will it happen?  I'm gonna say no for now just because of the sheer prices involved.  I think we're gonna do some kind of small deal for a striker like Llorente, pairing him with Bats in a platoon situation. (Yawn)

Well now that Lukaku is most likely out the window, I never believed we had a chance to sign Sanchez but I wonder if the cheekiest of cheeky ridiculously big offer with a remember cech card pulled would make them budge now that they signed a good striker, my thoughts are the fans are incredibly disgruntled if he signed for us and smashed it they would have mutiny at the club, for me thats the biggest reason why they won't buy we might as well take a shot

Let them go nuts with the third kit, but keep the home and away kits simplistic.  

Mahrez should be a no brainer IF the price is right, which, by all accounts it seems to be at the moment.  He'd fit in well and definitely a player we could use with all the matches next year, particularly CL. 

Palmeri is one of the worst journos on twitter when it comes to transfers. I don't think he has gotten even 20% of his "rumours" right. And I've known him for about 5 years.

I like him a lot, don't get me wrong.  He would be a useful player to have - especially next season when everyone parks the bus against us.  However, it has to be for the right price.  The market has changed a lot, and if we want to be taken seriously in CL contention we have to go for premier names.  Mahrez has one solid season behind him, and then had a major downturn.
