Riccy gets my vote, he stood out head and shoulders above the rest who really need to look at themselves after this no-show. (Cech not included as well as Carlo, Mikel and SWP for that matter). I didn't think tonight was going to be an easy game but I was at the very least hoping we'd put some effort in. The first half was just embarrassing and the second half wasn't much better. I must add that I thought Malouda was getting kicked all over the park tonight along with a few others and whether that had any bearing on the performance I don't know. We just never got started. I wasn't very happy that ITV kept on telling us the "good news" from Anfield, it exasperated the situation of watching us stutter to perform. Let's hope that there the last 8 goals the Scum score this season in Europe.

I'm suprised he got asked back after his last appearance when we lost to Man Utd. He takes a little bit of getting used to as a pundit but is preferable to Alan bloody Shearer!! Best thing about last nights MOTD was they didn't make us suffer that God awful woman commentator. Hopefully they've learnt their lesson after that little experiment as I just can't listen to her. Tell me about it, she is unbearable. I think the best thing about Marcel is that he doesn't tow the line, he just says what he feel and he gets up Alan Hansen's nose which is always good value.

Get him in I say, he's a quality player. I've seen interviews with ex-teammates of his who say he's a great bloke with a good attitude and that all this stuff about him being "Le Sulk" is blown out of all proportion by the media.

Now does anyone else think this looks very much like pointing a finger at Torres to say 'you deceived us'? Are fitness tests just something that give you night sweats Rafa? Surely if Torres 'pace' was not available then a fitness test would show this up in an instance. They were saying on Sunday Supplement (it's a lot better since Jimmy Hill left), that Rafa is the only manager out of the "Top 4" (they included Jose) who comes out and publicly blames/questions his players when result don't go his way. I must say I found Rafa's face hilarious when Fabregas scored, it was perfect, made my day it did.

Sadly Liverpool are still in the title race, despite the fact that they played sh*t yesterday (5 minutes at the start of each half does not a performance make) and Arsenal should have beaten them, and I've got a horrible feeling they'll still get through their Champions League group.
