As if we need to worry about keepers. Delac has looked good whenever I've seen him and Hilario is more than good enough for backup.

He's not really a proper right winger though, he's a RW in the same sense that Mata is a LW. He's much better playing attacking mid and even further back in midfield, which is what he did at Malaga and was one of the best players in the league last season.

Sadly I don't think Robbie will cut it. We can't mount a title challenge with the team we have now, no point even expecting it. Young, most haven't played at top levels and it's a whole new team. Only way that would happen is if teams around us played awful and I can't see that happening with Spurs, Arsenal, Newcastle and United already improving with their signings so far. Think we should just about get into the Top 4, nothing more nothing less. Would want us to win the FA and CC cups or at least get to the final/semi final. Not expecting much in the CL, doubt we can win it again. Especially not now that Barca have improved with Alba and Villa coming back. Assuming we avoid Madrid and Barca, quarter finals would be a reasonable showing. Should definitely be winning the Club World Championship, no doubts about that.

Highly doubt it, he will sign for Aresnal today (if he hasn't already) or early tomorrow morning because Malaga have to pay their debts off by tomorrow or they will get relegated 2 divisions.

Not a tough question at all, of course you would bloody swap him for the likes of Messi, Ronaldo, etc. It's not a swipe at his ability to lead the Chelsea front line, it's just common sense.

Judging players based on International games is silly. There's a whole host of reasons why he didn't get picked, fitness, manager preference, etc. There's a whole bunch of other Spanish youngsters that should have got picked but didn't. All that matters is that he looked great last season and the season before at club level.

I suppose, Liverpool getting worse can only be a good thing. Also as anyone else notices how old Wenger looks recently? Looks like he's aged 20 years in just a few months.

It's not so much that I don't rate Allen, I think he's decent and obviously a good fit for Liverpool now Rodgers is there it's just that Aquilani is streets ahead of him in just about every department so getting rid makes no sense, Allen will not be able to do the same things Aquilani can. I remember Rodgers saying he liked the look of him as well, can't imagine the club accepted the bid on his behalf. As for the wages, they have Charile Adam, who is the most useless player I've ever come across, that is also on high wages. Why not get rid of him? They would probably get something like £5m and he won't be missed as he's barely used anyway. RVP has all but said he would like to stay and sign a new contract if the signing of Carzola goes through, he did a Rooney and forced the club to sign better players.

Can hardly blame him for roaming when he doesn't get enough of the ball when he does play as an out and out striker. He starts to move around and GB score more goals than they did previously? Seems to have learned that he can't just wait in the middle when playing in this team.

Well that's clearly rubbish as he is rated in France, he was OM's best defender by quite some distance last season and in his first season he looked pretty good.Montoya being picked ahead of him means very little, both are quite different and I assume Montoya fits their needs better. Although he's hardly done a great job so far. Wouldn't mind Debuchy but I would much rather prefer Azpilicueta. Same Luiz that got ripped to shreds by Hulk when he played LB? No thanks.

Not getting carried away with Oscar just yet, already seen that he does lose the ball fairly often when put under pressure. Something that will be a regular occurance in the EPL. But yeah, he was good tonight.

Probably Marin, although I knew what he was all about and it's why I expect him to claim that right wing role. Still did well to show that during pre season though, shows he's got good fitness.

They can't afford to not sell him if someone, even us, bid £5m-£10m. I remember Fergie saying he would let him go for £10m but that was a while ago and I can only assume that asking price has reduced. They have held him hostage long enough.

I personally think South Korea are in with a good chance to be honest, they have some class players. The whole nation has really improved in terms of producing talanted footballers. Brazil should win it with easy really, Spain and Uruguay aren't good enough in certain areas.
