This is probably my favourite live Bowie album. Reality tour is a close second, but the genius that is Adrian Belew puts Stage on the top of the list.

Plokoon13 and Undertow have such fine taste in music.

Gentlemen Jim Reeves has a great voice, thanks for this reminder, I'm playing, 'I love you because'.

Perfection. He plays in 7/8, sings, is having a great time and barely breaks a sweat. If I had a fraction of his talent I'd be a rock star.

Even the audience is in total harmony. Though I'd bet more of them are musicians than not :)

Been listening to Editors newest album The Weight of Your Love. 

 

Very good album and a return to form by the band. Really recommend it to anyone who liked their previous stuff.

There is something about this song that just gets to me

 

This is what I have on in my car at the moment.

 

Even as a young kid when this came out, there was something about Lou Reed's vocals that sort of creeped me out/fascinated me.  I think even then without knowing why, the hypnotic, weird, mesmorising (and yes, druggie) feel to it was apparent.
