Ignore the first couple of minutes of this video as it's about West Ham, Spurs, Arsenal, Palace and Wembley. My French is rusty so I've only understood bits of the commentary. Interesting to see the training sessions. I've tried to work out where some of them took place. Possibly the White City Stadium? Anyone know?

The running track looks like Hurlingham Park, a mile or so from The Bridge

It's funny how they went from baggy to the ones in the 70's and 80's which are the polar opposite !

Enough cloth there to sail a tea clipper.

Doug Roughvie and Kerry Dixon both favoured thigh huggers.

I remember a short lived time in the late 80s when cycling shorts were sometimes worn under football shorts in theory to keep hamstrings warm.

A bit of a fad like those nasal strips warn by Robbie Fowler; supposed to let more air in- why not just drill a couple of holes in your nose...

Thought I'd post this here Dennis Waterman Showbiz eleven 1986 here's the ones I recognise I think. Special mention to the geezer at the back with possibly the best/ worst take your pick mullet of all time makes Jason Donavon, Chris Waddle, Pat Sharp and every scousers hair look ok.

Back row left don't know although he looks vaguely familiar, Frank Worthington, Mullet man don't know his name bald bloke probably the coach driver 😆, George Best, Roy McFarland ?,  Alan Clarke, Geoff Hurst ?.

Front row left don't know, Dennis Waterman, Billy Bremner, Archie Gemmill, Christopher Quentin, don't know if it's a footballer maybe David Johnson.
