They had the corner bit that day but over the years they started bringing more numbers in 91 I think it was they had the whole N/S. Bit of glass houses and stones here Chi cause we used to bring similar numbers to West Ham. We played them in 79 we won 1-0 and by all accounts we had about 50 in the ground there might have been Chelsea in the ground but they kept quiet. The first time I remember us having the whole S/B was 86 and that was a rough night with the ICF out for revenge after being humiliated on that hooligan doc.

Against Bradford 89 think the second division championship was presented that day. We were in the east lower next to the shed one of the players mish*t a ball in the warm up my mate put it under his seat about ten stewards came in to look for it like they looking for the crown jewels.

Hi Ersk, are there Hampden pics on the other thread, think it's called other football images?

too many for me to scroll thru, thought you might know cheers

Yeah. I’ve actually posted a few.

Cheers Ersk ,I think that spurts away picture in 72 is the 3 0 away defeat which sadly happens to be my first ever CFC game..what a sh*te start to 50 years of following the blues...least we have fukced them over on and off the pitch loads of times since

F1905. Never realised  the pic was taken during a defeat to ‘that lot’. Agree with your latest comment.😀

Cheers for telling me who's in the picture Ersk but not telling me who Craig Burley and Erland Johnson are 🤣

I’m at the stage where I’m not sure whether to put any players names under pics I post.

I know the majority on here, will know the  majority of the players in these pics. That I fully understand.

I’m just trying to cater for newer or younger Chelsea supporters. They might not know these players.

Don't think any young people look at this section and to be honest their not interested especially if you look at Lampard thread. It just makes me laugh and no offence mate that anyone reading this wouldn't know who Eddie Mac and George Best are 🤣. Most pictures don't need captions unless for example you posted a picture of say Cardiff away 1980 and then it starts a conversation about the game, if you went etc but that's just my opinion if you want to put captions that's entirely up to you Ersk.👍
