No problem. Thought we were going to win the Cup that season, after knocking Liverpool out in the 3rd Round! Our scorers were: Droy 5th, Wicks 18th, Swain 28th Pen, Walker 55th, Langley 75th and Wilkins 76th mins respectively. 6 goals scored and 6 different goal scorers. They scored in the 1st and 80th minutes. Edited January 7, 20215 yr by erskblue

Turned up for Burnley in the Saturday to be told at the ground it was off! As it became a midweek fixture I wasn’t allowed to go as being 10 it was too late on a school day!! My brother went and got me the programme. Still can’t work out how the keeper didn’t save Kenny Swains penalty

There was tv coverage of this match. However its seemingly been taken down from YouTube. I can’t find it.
January 9, 20215 yr I was looking for the United 2-2 which I’ve seen before on a programme with Bobby Charlton and Dickie Davis. I came across this and hadn’t seen this before.

I'm pretty sure that game was on The Big Match and I saw it a few years ago online because Ian Britton changes his boots to what look like Adidas Samba although there might have been a trainer especially adapted for hard pitches sort of cross between a trainer and boot. That game doesn't seem to be online anymore unless your willing to pay which I'm not !

It was on the original itv big match and was shown on sky with Dickie Davies and Bobby Charlton with I think Tommy Langley. Seen both online but now I can’t see them. I can see Chelsea vs Swansea 1979/80 using the link through this website but can’t find it looking myself, so I think people can change who can view the content. Eddie Mac on here had loads of videos but then made them private because people were selling them.

I must admit I never heard anything about that Clive Walker yes. He scored for Derby in 83 which started all the trouble and seat throwing I was glad I was in the seats cause some of the Chelsea fans below were getting hit by them. He reminds me a bit of Mason Mount there was a big section of the fans who never took to him regardless of how many goals he scored or how well he played.
